I contacted the company in regards to my washing machine. I was told the service charge was $99. Two men came to the home 4/10/24. One man came to me and said, "the actuator is bad and I put on a new actuator but, the bearings are bad". I asked how much would that cost and he said, " oh it's expensive, you just need a new washing machine. I'm taking the new actuator off". I said, "let me call my husband". I called my husband and he explained to him the same thing. My husband replied, tell me wife. I watched him take the new piece of and I asked was today's total $99? He said no it's an extra $100 and a 3% charge if you use credit card. My total came to $205. My washer is still broken and I don't have the new piece so I am not clear on why I was charged the extra $100 when no one consulted with me first about what the initial problem was and how I would like to proceed. I contacted ****** and spoke with **** who was rude and is an over talker. The first day she said she would have to look at the ticket and call me back. I called her back and she read the ticket off to me which is what I have that doesn't state any labor charge. She said she would talk to the tech and see what he says. Today I called back and she repeats the same thing and said the tech spoke with my husband which ***** present and heard the conversation. I tried to explain to her that consent was not given in either situation, the tech told me what he was going to do in regards to taking the new piece off, but she began to get loud and overtalk me. The work that he did was about of the service call to assess the problem regardless if it was multiple problems. How would you know what's wrong if you don't work on the machine? The problem wasn't fixed, no new part in hand, I was told the second piece needed was too expensive without me being the judge of that, and I am out of funds that can't be accounted for as **** stated "this is how we do things here". I would like $100 refunded it's unexplainable.

**************** received the refund she requested of $106.00 on 4/12/24.

****** actually refunded me back $99 to my card and $1 in cash to be precise not $106 as they stated. This is just for clarity.
