            I paid $122 for a pedicure and a full in, that was not done correctly. When asked to fix the issues the nails came out worse, I was told to come back the next day to see the owner and she would fix them. I got there at 1130 and was told she was gone and would be back at 12 but has an appointment. The service is unacceptable and the expectation to spend my entire day there to hopefully have my nails fixed is ridiculous, they should have more than one person that could either fix my nails or given a discount

            I called to make appointment for my 94 year old mother, with memory issues. and I told the clerk,that my mom doesnt remember things and I want to know the price on pedicure. and I was quoted $32.00 so she went with a caregiver,who also was quoted the same. so when my mom got home. she told me she had used all of her cash. and I wanted to see the receipt. and found out my mom was charges $60.00 ,not $32.00 as was the caregiver. I was so angry. I specifically asked for the $32.00. so I called and the "owner" right away started to argue with me. I tried to explain. she says. "well, she must of asked for the other one," I said, no, I told the girl. and she kept arguing. I had enough. I told her I will never bring her back. and I will tell everyone about how you take advantage of the elderly.she kept interrupting. and wouldnt let me talk. so I had it. I cussed her out. and told her I am filing a complaint . so to all who would love to get a pedicure. I urge you to go somewhere else, my mom will never go back there. and they lied.and having been a hairdresser for over 23 years,I know good service and this is NOT.
