            I took my fur baby to get groomed on April 27th the groomer indigo called me at 3:04pm to come get Princess and lied and said she had call 2 hours prior but I have no miss calls nor no voicemail like they did last time when she got done with grooming which was a different person then she hung up on me when I stated had no miss calls nor voicemails so I called back and told her someone was coming to get her even though I told her I could until 5 due to being at work which I originally told them when setting up appointment bc they cancelled my Saturday appointment due to groomer not available so when I got my puppy back she had a bandana which she usually get a bow due to being a girl dog I was wondering why she had a bandana so yesterday April 28th the bandana came off and thats when I noticed the gash in my puppy neck which is the picture I sent. I then contacted the Manager who requested pictures and stated if I take her to the vet they would need the invoice which mean I now have to pay out of pocket for vet visit. so I sent the pictures and told her thats why she had a bandana on instead of a bow cuz she (Indigo) was trying to cover it up with a bandana.
