I am in the process of remodeling my upstairs bathroom. On March28,2023, Mr. ** ***** from Rel-O Plumbing, LLC installed a new toilet in my home. I am very unhappy with the work because my bathroom linen closet will not open. The closet door is hitting the newly installed toilet. The door cannot be opened all the way as when the old toilet was in place. My remodeling work cannot be completed. The painter is not able to open the linen closet door for painting. I explained all of the above to Mr. *****. I told him this work was unacceptable. The linen closet door needs to be fully opened. Mr. ***** did not measure or consider the project before beginning the toilet installation. The measurements are 100% off target. It is impossible to replace the linen closet door. I have already paid $577.00 to install the toilet. Replacing this newly installed toilet will require additional expenses.Business response

Yes, this lady is elderly and she is very difficult to deal with. I explain to her that she had an older style toilet with the tank on the wall And that style toilet isn’t manufactured anymore. I did walk her through her home to the first floor kitchen and informed her that if she wanted to change the roof of this toilet in order for the closet door to open, she will need to open the ceiling and then we will re-Ruffin the toilet pipes, so that the new toilet will sit back away from the closet. This is the case of a customer not being able to visualize what is being said, and measured before the installation because she did not want to open the ceiling but she wanted a new toilet so we purchased a new toilet ADA height so she could be comfortable which she liked I guess after looking at it, she has changed her mind and trying to cause a complaint. Normally I don’t respond to this I just continue to do good work and let the good people judge for themselves, because when you go back-and-forth with a disgruntle customer new customers don’t know who is who or who is right or who is wrong which makes for a bad business.Peace and Blessings** *****Customer response

DEAR Sir:
I still would like to conttinue with this case. I'm not satified with the work and the amount of money I paid. Please send me a copy of the company response. Call yesterday the BBB office ,the agent was suppose to email me REL-O respond and I will file a complaint with the Attorney General which I plan to do. Thank you.
