I had a complete roof installed by ***** Roofing on my home in 2019 (the same year the house was completely remodeled)-with the promise of a warranty. During the rains in July 2022, I noticed the ceiling in my back bedroom (new drywalled ceiling) had water spots. I called **** ***** left a message and was told he would be by to look at the roof. There was a business card ONLY in my door. I called to inquire about the visit, the call got "disconnected" I called back quite a few times, **** ***** yelled at me and kept hanging up saying, "nothing's wrong with your roof." He told me he stopped by my house on 7/27/2022...and "caulked" my roof. I work from home in the same room as the water damage inside my house. I didn't see anyone caulking anything. I know my area has has flooding, however, my neighbors have older roofs with NO damage. I don't understand how this company can continue to operate. I want my roof repaired and the inside of my house... ceiling drywall.Business response

The work was done in 2019 , no issues were reported until the record breaking rainfall in July 2022. We did go out and caulked her pipes as a good faith effort, however, the issues she is now having is storm damage, this has nothing to do with our workmanship or material defects.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the fact this company had to "return to caulk" my roof indicates there was faulty craftmanship. Regardless of the timing of rain, weather, etc. My BBB request was for ***** roofing to repair my roof and the damage that occurred inside my house from the hole (which was caulked on the company's return visit). The warranty should be able to cover all repairs that their faulty installation created regardless of record heavy rain or not. I am only made whole partially by ***** roofing and now have to incur costs to repair the ceiling inside my house on my own. NO, I am not satisfied and my insurance should not have to cover thie
