      On June 17, Kwik Dry Carpet came to our home at our request to clean carpets. I noted we had stains that needed attention. They cleaned most stains well. However, near one stain that was cleaned, a new stain developed that was not there until they cleaned. I spoke to *** at the company. He suggested it may have come from the nearby stain they worked on. I asked him to come back and remove it. He said he would charge me to do that. He suggested I use a bottle of spray I purchased from him for spots, brush and rub it, which I did. However, the stain remained. I contacted *** again and now he says the stain was already under the surface. Also they do not warrant their work because of what we did to cause it or the age of the carpet. We did not do anything to cause the stain. I told him several times that we do not feel like we should pay for a stain we did not cause. Also, the spray we bought from him is in an unlabeled bottle. We dont know the ingredients, name of the spray, and there are no instructions or warnings. Instead of trying to fix the problem he becomes defensive and blames the customer. I have dealt with him before. One time he yelled and screamed at me out of control. I apologized and later he did too, citing stressful life events. I wanted to work with him because we can all have a bad day. But he is not accountable for damage caused by his workers and blames the customer. His final offer was we could pay him to come back but he doubts that will make a difference on the stain. This is unacceptable. I would like my carpet fixed or a refund for the $189.00 I paid for the room cleaning ($130) and spray bottle ($30.00). The price for the floor included three rooms. Only one room is at issue, the family room. I have photos of the stain and text messages from the business that confirm our conversations. I will need to pay for other alternatives to remove the stain if he refuses to do so. Thank you for your time and consideration.

      We resolved it yesterday, removed the spot for her and switched out the product.

      The man who came out to clean my daughter's vents was so rude, he scared me, so I asked him to leave. After I asked him to leave, he kept yelling at me, so I said I'd call the police, & he said, "Go Ahead!" They were 20 minutes early, & I was not at the property yet, but my daughter was still home to let them in. She asked him right away to move his van so she could leave for work, but he insisted on asking her where the furnace was. I got there 10 minutes later (10 minutes before the apt was scheduled) & immediately asked him to move his van. I also said, "Wow! You guys were really early. The apt was for 8:30, it's only 8:20 now!" He went outside & started unloading his equipment. Once inside I asked for a copy of the video of the vents, and he told me that the camera broke, its very expensive to replace, they didn't advertise cameras, and he could just use a cell phone if I needed a picture. He went outside and STILL didn't move the van, he kept taking hoses out of it. I opened the front door & asked him to "MOVE THE VAN, PLEASE, NOW" & he told me I didn't need to shout at him! My daughter left &he brought in a large pc of equipment w/ wheels & I asked if he had something to cover the wood floors. He told me that it was all plastic & there wasn't anything that could scratch them. I told him that I watched him push it up the sidewalk & it could have dragged in rocks/mud & that's when he told me that I had been "riding" him/been nothing but rude since I walked in the door. I told him they were 20 minutes early, the apt was for 8:30, he wouldn't move the van, didn't have a camera, & then interrupted me/shouted over me & lectured me about "early is good everywhere" I told him I thought HE was rude, & that's when he told me "You don't like me because I'm standing up for myself" & "You don't like it when people tell you you're wrong" I asked him to leave, whereupon he stood up, walked toward me & said, "Fine!" He scared me & that's when I said I'd call the police!

      The customer has lied about everything on the compliant.  I have called the customer to try to resolve this compliant and the customer hung up on me.  I will not call the customer again.
