Date of Transaction: 10/7/2021 Amount Spent: $52.08 Items Purchased: (2) t-shirts, order# **** Was told when order was placed in my email order confirmation that processing was taking 15-20 days (4 weeks)at the time. I sent a follow up email on 10/29/2021 to check on status and received no reply. I sent a 2nd follow up email on 12/28/2021. No reply to date. I tried to file a dispute with my bank on 12/28/2021 and was denied because it was past 60 days from the order date. I am still out the $52.08 and no reply from the company I purchased from and cannot get a refund from my bank. When I try to go to the company's website it is closed down - state they will re-open soon - but there is no way to contact them on the website. I have only an email address I am sending status update request to: **********************. I am filing a complaint so that the BBB is aware of this company and that they appear to have scammed me out of $52.08 - I would like a full refund and do not know how else to move forward at this time.Initial Complaint

I purchased a shirt back in October. I’ve sent 3 or 4 e mails asking about my shirt. I don’t even want a refund I just want the shirt still. The only reason I filled a complaint here is because nobody will answer me. I am so in love with their shirts. I understand getting behind but I can’t even look at their Facebook because it’s been closed down as well as the website and I don’t know another way to get in to contact with anyone.Initial Complaint

Wild Rag Tees November 6, 2021 Amount paid $63.30 my daughter and I placed the order for 4 t-shirts said approximately 8-10 days to process then delivery time around December 6, 2021 have not seen or heard anything we’ve tried emailing and can’t find them on Facebook or Instagram! October 7th 2021. Amount $46.48 order # ****. I ordered two shirt's from Wild Rags well in advance to receive by Christmas. I read there was a 4 week turnaround which was fine and why I ordered so far in advance. I have yet to receive a tracking number I have emailed several times with no response. I have gone to there website witch doesn’t allow you to do anything but leave an email. I am frustrated and upset with the lack of communication and customer service this business shows. ( or in this case does not show).Initial Complaint

I purchased two shirts from this company on September 9th. I was regularly receiving emails up until about October 15th. Processing for the shirts said it would take about 4 weeks which does not include delivery so based on this information I figured I would receive my shirt about mid November beginning of December. Nothing was sent to me regarding my order since October so I emailed on November 15th for information. No response back. November 22nd I sent another email regarding my order nothing. Another email then sent on the 26th requesting information or I would like a refund. Still nothing. After a few nice and friendly emails with no response I was angry and sent a not so nice email. And still nothing. The company was able to regularly update their tiktok account tho. I still have no response from this company and still no shirts. And no money. Disputed the transaction so I will get my money back from my bank, but the fact this company will not respond to customers but take their money if very concerning. Pictures below are the only emails I have received regarding my order since September and it’s now December 27th. Notice there are no email regarding where my order is or discussion of a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 shirts from them on October 15th and I have not received any emails after emailing twice about order. Their Facebook page is now taken down and the website won’t let you do anything. I would just like a refund and you can’t reach anyone.Initial Complaint

On October 10th I ordered a t-shirt from Wild Rags Tees. I also tipped the company a little over $2. The total for my transaction came to $35 and change. On November 25th I reached out to the company regarding product. Did not hear back. reached out again a few days later, same issue. They have shut down all communication via social media and their website is down. It is hard enough that we are in the middle of a pandemic and are resorting to online shopping more, but then to have this happen for a Christmas present is even harder to work around. They are obviously not a trust worthy company who appears to have stolen my $35 for their own good being.Initial Complaint

I ordered three shirts from them on October 1, sent three emails asking about the status of the delivery of my shirts and have not received a response. It is now December 12 and because of our military status will be moving in a week. I need a full refund and am no longer interested in this business.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 t-shirts back on sept 2,2021 and I sent an email to the customer service on Oct 28, 2021 asking for a shipping update, my response was hello your order will ship on Monday/Tuesday. On Nov 16,2021 still no order and I then sent another email to the customer service no response. another Email sent today Dec 09,2021 with no response. Company has several BBB reviews as never receiving orders.
