Ordered flowers from this company for my mother's birthday on the night of 10/27. Delivery was set for 10/28. I paid $110.74 for the "Radiance in Bloom Basket (BEST)" and what was delivered was not even close to what I paid for, and instead was more reminiscent of the "Pumpkin Dream Bouquet" or the "Gourd of Gratitude" which tops out at $84.99. I emailed the shop on 10/30 to fulfill the definitive guarantee statement that they have published online, "As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in ***************** and ****** and on all FTD branded products.If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.".In my email, I included picture proof of the blatant differences. I was never notified of the changes, or told that a different bouquet was being delivered. The owner responded to my email asking for the flowers back, but considering the shop is on a military base, we can't even access the shop. Additionally, that is in direct contradiction to the published guarantee. The owner is unprofessional, and I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank as there was never a replacement offered and a refund will not be provided unless I can somehow get the flowers that they incorrectly delivered back to them. Ultimately, I did not receive what I paid for and the published guarantee was not fulfilled. This is extremely shady and I am hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.
