I paid them after assessing the issue with my air conditioner, they submitted the claim to my choice warranty and it got accepted. They picked the air compressor up from my warranty and updated that they fixed it. But they did not ever come back out to my home after assessing it!!

We just received his air conditioner on Friday, August 25th from ****** **** *********  The air conditioner was installed yesterday and was operational and running when we left.  They blame us with issues with ****** **** ******** and it is not us.

I have a home warranty with ****** **** ********. They sent me an email that a technician would be at my home between 7am - 11 am, July 5th because my central air is not working right. I was calling and he never answered and there was a recording to leave a detailed message or he would not call back. At 10am someone called me named ** *****, she said she was his daughter, coming from Farmington, MO and would look at my air conditioning. She said she didn't have gauges and had to go get them. She opened up some taps and had her dad, *** ******, on the phone getting advise on what to do. I stood out there the whole time with her. He said I need a new unit. She took pictures of the unit and had me write a $75 service fee check to her dad. That was the last that I heard from them. Friday I got an email from ****** **** ******** saying I missed my appointment. I did not miss my appointment. I would like my $75 back.  Also, I would like the freon put back into my unit.  It is very expensive.  The daughter let the freon out while checking the air conditioning unit.

The $75 service fee is what the warranty company has for the consumer to pay us for coming out.  The customer was advised that she needed a new unit.  We contacted ****** **** ******** for her to receive a new unit.  ****** **** ******** sent us a message back that they needed more information from the consumer.  I don't know why they said she missed her appointment.  Everything was sent to the warranty company, ****** **** ********.

Again, ****** **** ******** customer had a fan out and I told them within 1 hour of coming to his home.  I told him that we would put it in.  ****** **** ******** did not get back with me.  He called 15 times and I told him the only way to get in touch with ****** **** ******** was through an email.  After 5 days of back and forth with this customer and ****** **** ********, I suggested to ****** **** ******** to get another rep to contact the customer.  Also, when the customer gets a different contractor from ****** **** ********, they are not required to pay for the visit.  They charge me for this because I give it to another contractor.  This customer also informed me how bad of a scam that ****** **** ******** was when I talked with him.  Another contractor from ****** **** ******** was supposed to show up but did not show up.

We were put into contact with this company by our home warranty company. The owner, ***, came out to evaluate our issues and we paid him the service fee of $130.00. I was promised *** would come back out and do the work to replace our leaking hot water heater and replace a water valve in our bathroom. About a month and a half later and *** has not returned any of our calls or texts, and I had to reach out to the warranty company to have my claim done all over again. Now I am out $130.00 and still have a leaking hot water heater that is causing damage to the dry wall in my basement. I also had to pay out of pocket to have the water valve in the bathroom fixed because it could not wait any longer. This company needs to be looked into to prevent other customers from being scammed.

The claim from the warranty company was denied.  The money was paid for me showing up at the house and submitting the claim.  I sent pictures and diagnosis to the warranty company.  If it is approved and another contractor comes out, it will be no cost to the consumer.  The warranty company set up the fees not by me.
