Tried to help get car out of impound. Was there 12 hours into day of impound. Was quoted 125 since then every day was an excuse as to y they could not meet us told to come back next day. They had our number they never returned CALLS but we called them multiple times. Kept jackin up the price until it was 450.00 told my husband they would make a deal with him on the 450.00 wen we called back they lied said they needed 475 and no deals made. Now have no way to get to and from. Spoke with many people and they said they tell u they not their or they on a wreck to rack up tow bill. They as well told us that they make no money off it it all goes to the contract of madison county sheriff deptBusiness response

I quoted her a price to bring to the shop and she would come on Friday. She never showed. I haven't heard from her since; and it's probably been another week.Business response
