      I purchased a car form them a year ago and I do not have my lien agreement from the previous deceased owner. I've called and requested call backs but they are giving me the run around. they told me that they couldn't find my paper work. I cannot get my car legal at the dmv with out this information. last week I called and spoke to Kimberly and she told me that my car was payed off which is weird because Im still paying $385 monthly. Im at risk of losing my license because I cant register my car.

      I have never received the vehicle they told Chrysler Capital I did to complete the loan and the car was in the shop for over a month and never even got to drive it off the lot

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I physically do not have not have I ever had this car they had possession of the car this whole time with it being in parts the last time I was at the dealership 30 days after I signed the contract making it a lemon I would just like this to be closed and taken off my credit. My co signer has made numerous attempts to contact them with no response.

      We test drove a car it ran fine than they told us to come back the next day for the paper work and deposit on the car and we could go home in the car we signed and put down payment on car than they told us that the car was broken and we couldnt take it home we contacted them over 6 weeks and they did not want to tell us what was wrong with the car and told us they are fixing it we request repeatedly for are money back and they refused. We also requested the place we got the loan from to cancel but they said they could not because they had already gave them the money. We never had the car never received the car in any way at all. Now we dont have a car and the loan company wants us to pay payments on a car that we dont own . No pink slip no car nothing we just want are money back and they refuse to talk to us and when we go in they refuse to talk to us we just want are deposit back and want the loan taken off are credit.

      They took it off my credit, but I never received a refund for the deposit.  They came to repossess the car and it wasn't in my name.

      I bought a jeep and then I drove for three days and it has been in the shop three times. I told him we needed something else and they denied it. Their own GM walked out yesterday. Also they ran my credit when I did not authorize them to do so when my girlfriend was thinking about purchasing a vehicle. I called and asked them about them running my credit and they said I do not have time for this and hung up. I want to get out of the loan with the car dealer and my car is still in the shop.

      A 2021 Jeep Compass was purchased on April 29, 2023. As of July 6 they have failed to provide a title to the vehicle. On June 12 a title clerk, ****** ** ************ advised a duplicate title was being requested from the Missouri DMV. We were able to confirm with the DMV that the title was processed on June 28 and mailed to the dealer the following day. I understand that MO law requires dealers to provide the title within 60 days of purchase. They are also required to provide a safety inspection or emissions inspection compliance certificate. Neither of which was provided. I obtained a safety inspection myself at which time it was revealed that there were wires protruding from the inside walls of the tires. At the time of purchase it was noted that there was no spare tire. The sales person indicated that he would provide one. That did not happen. The previous owner was a smoker. The dealership advised they would detail the vehicle. When I picked it up it appeared clean but still had a smoke odor and the floormats could not be located. The sales person did eventually ship me floormats but I detailed the car myself at which time I found cigarettes beneath the seat proving their detailing job had been inadequate. I was prepared to ignore these annoyances but I have now paid for the inspection, new tires, insurance premiums, and made payments on a vehicle that I cannot register, license, and operate legally. If and when I do receive the title I will have to pay a penalty for failing to register the vehicle within 30 days.

      To Whom It May Concern:


      We have been in contact with Ms. ******** regarding her title work. We have been able to supply Ms. ******** with all of the paperwork, including the vehicle title, needed to register her vehicle. In the package we also included documents to inform the DMV of the reason for the delay so that any late fees would be waived. This was all sent to Ms. ******** on July 11th 2023. The tracking of this package to the customer has been attached to this complaint. This matter has now been resolved. Should you need any additional information regarding this case please reach out to me.
