    My air conditioner went out and found this place. I called them and ****** came down and looked at it, stating it was going to cost 10k for a furnace and an air conditioner. I asked him if he could go a little lower. Told me I would need to pay 5k up front in the form of a check and to leave it blank to the recipient. I&#**;ve been trying to get a hold of him for a couple weeks now with no response. When I call I only get a recording, but before when I called other people would answer and fast.

    Had a technician come to our house on March 14th, while he was fixing our heater. He asked whoever came and worked on our system before him. Because they did not wire the heater correctly. As I told him that, the company he works for is the only people that have worked on our heater or ac. So our heater was wired wrong and for whatever reason it did not burn our home down. Called the business multiple times, because the owner was the last one to mess with our heater. Now I have called and left messages for the owner to contact me. I have yet to get my receipt for the day of the 14th of March. Before the new owner bought the business, the old owner use to be my landlord and is the sole reason that they have been coming to our house since we bought it in 2009. I paid ****** to a company that should not have charged me, because they where fixing the boss's mess up. I remember telling the boss man when he came out, because it was before a holiday and we was the last call. I said I would offer you something to drink but it will be soda because I don't drink. Eyes shinny and glassy boss says don't worry have it in the truck. Aggravates me because we have been using the same company for years, just to be ducked and never gotten back in touch with me. Gave them a ear full and after the 3rd or 4th day avoiding me, I went by the business and seen the boss around back but didn't want to talk while I was there. He pretended that he was not there as did the receptionist which ****** me smooth off. Waited for a couple weeks made a post on ******** about them. Going to try and get my receipt for the 14th of March on 2022, it is crazy to think that it is July 1 2022, and I still have not received a receipt for my payment ******. Unacceptable
