I paid in four installments through Afterpay for a Fantastical Yarn Box for Christmas, a box of goods to be delivered in December 2021. I never received the merchandise. I contacted the seller in the New Year 2022 asking where my box was. She did not have it stating she was having problems and ill. I agreed to wait for the March box. Never received the March box, emailed the seller a couple of days ago from her website and no reply. I just called her today 04/11/2022 and asked where my box was "Oh, I suppose you want a refund. I am giving a refund." She hung up on me after I asked how she was going to do the refund. My payments were made as followed on Afterpay: Tue, 08/24/2021 paid $55.00 Tue, 09/07/2021 paid $55.00 Tue, 09/21/2021 paid $55.00 Tue, 10/05/2021 paid $55.00
