      I placed two online orders each totaling 1 cent I went to the store for pickup and was laughed out there the two workers told me that 1 cent was an online glitch they are aware of and refused to honor it or stop sales of a product with a "glitched" price I went though how this is blatantly bait and switch they didn't care.

      We regret to hear about this customer's experience using our online pre-ordering system and subsequent attempt to pick up the purchase in store. The customer attempted to take advantage of a Buy One, Get One for a $0.01 deal detailed on our website menu. Unfortunately, the discount was not functioning properly and showed the customer that both items would be $0.01 instead of charging for one. The title of the deal stated that it was a Buy One, Get One for a $0.01 and all online specials come with a disclaimer shown before checkout detailing the deal and any restrictions, such as: "Buy One X product, get one X product for a $.01. While supplies last, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts." Additionally a graphic was displayed showing the same information and disclaimer. The store employee's alerted the menu manager immediately once it was discovered that the deal was showing up incorrectly online and this issue was corrected.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The two store workers at the register said it was known issue they had on there website they mentioned the website always does that it's just the checkout page that shows you the wrong price they made different excuses explaining that this is how their website functions but you'll get your "real" price in the store and laughed about it, they are aware of it they are  knowingly running a bait and switch project as a new customer who's never shopped there I thought I was perhaps getting some kind of new ******* deal on the actual checkout page where it indicated my price but once I got in the store and realized that they are fully aware of the situation and on top that think its okay and funny I contacted the bbb for assistance bc they shouldn't be allowed to do this to pwople and need to honor tge prive providded at online checkout.

      On Sunday December 3, 2023 i placed a order for a recreational marijuana disposal vape. I went inside to purchase my pre order, received product and left the facility. Within minutes of leaving facility and opening my product before leaving the property i observed what appeared to be a partially filled cartridge. I immediately went into the store and showed the employee who checked me out. 3 staff members, one by the name of phil agreed that it was not a full cartridge and takes a photograph of the disposable cartridge and sends the photo of the defective product to the owner **** who then refused to replace or issue a return after sending the picture followed by a phone call to ****.

      The complaint has been resolved to the satisfaction of the consumer.  We gave her a new product and instructions on how to use it.  She is happy.
