The main reason for this review is because this business dumped cement and dirt from their job into my yard and my neighbor’s (who paid for their service) yard. I asked them about it as they were doing it and they assured me it was only water that they were dumping. I believe this decreases the value and aesthetic of our homes. I would expect that as part of a paid service, this business would have properly disposed of this material and waste instead of dumping it on personal property without even asking for permission and especially after lying to me about it. I am the next door neighbor of someone who got their fence repaired. There are several other bad interactions that happened before the dumping of material and waste. To begin with, the employees and owner of the business working the job listened to loud and obnoxious music. Then they said the F word in front of my under-4-year-old children multiple times. They came unprepared and asked to use my hose, (which “coincidentally” didn’t work afterwards). They also asked to borrow a different neighbor’s weed eater. They walked all over my yard without asking for permission (again, I did not employ them), and saw them dumping water, mixed concrete, dirt, and old cement blocks from the old fence into my yard and my neighbors yard. I confronted them and they assured me “it was only water”. I have photographic proof of the cement and dirt dumped in both of our yards. They also installed wood support xx Lastly, they did a poor job of repairing the fence. Neighbor had to call someone else to clean up and fix their poor job after the fact.
