On November 28th, 2022, I hired Keystone to provide an inspection on the foundational soundness of the home I was under contract to purchase. I paid $300 to have the engineer come out and provide me the report. The first line in the report says “the contents of this report are good for 180 days from date of inspection” In the report presented to me by Keystone KC it was noted that the grading around the house was satisfactory and there was no need for repairs. In March 2023 I went into my basement and found the foundation has moved and cracked through the drywall. The back wall has moved 3.5 inches. I contacted Keystone to come out and re-inspect. When Mr. ****** came out he brought his senior sales associate who he stated was an expert. Mr. ******** *he senior sales associate, stated that it was all due to a grading issue. I have this proof of this statement. I sent a notice to the business asking for their help in repairs as my purchasing decision to buy this house at full price or maybe at all was based on the report that Keystone KC issued me. I’m requesting help in reaching out and reaching an agreement with Keystone. I’ve attached the emails I’ve sent them. After I sent my second email they stopped responding to me. They provided poor quality work and were negligent but have remedied the issue by ignoring my attempts to reach out to them. Any assistance with this matter is appreciated.Business response

The inspection was provided through a different business entity. No repair was performed. The inspection clearly states no warranty was offered and there was no visible evidence that the foundation repair should fail at all let alone in a sudden way. The failure was due to lack of maintenance.
