I ordered quite a lot of guitar pedal parts from this business's website. I ordered an out of production germanium diodes, two varieties of them. 1n34a and 1n60a. The packaging and everything claim they are germanium diodes, but they're clearly just some random silicon zener diodes. They're nowhere even remotely close to the product I ordered. My circuit might not even work if I swapped these parts, they're that different. I have sent no less than 5, probably more, emails to this business, used the contact forms on their website and have received no response of any kind. I will be informing a considerable number of builders to stay away from this business and will be doing so myself.

I ordered THREE guitar knobs in June 2022, never received them. I have tried to call - to no avail. I have sent TWO letters with all the documentation I have included here and I sent numerous emails to their "help" address. I don't understand how a company can get away with a $7 purchase and not comply. I for one will never use them again (rather get my stuff form china on **** - it takes forever but I get it). All I want is my three guitar knobs. It was actually a rlief to see that somsone else had the exact same issue with them - buyer beware

Customer did not communicate any order issues until more than two months after order was shipped, making timely resolution with shipping provider difficult. Customer agreed to shipping terms and chose shipping method that did not carry insurance against loss of items. Regardless, customer was refunded for cost of items. Message has not been responded to, due to the BBB website not working correctly over several days. Please see attached screenshots.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

They did refund a whole $2 of the $7 I spent. My issue will remain that another customer complained about the SAME thing, but thank you for the resolution BBB. I will never shop there again

Guitar Pedal Parts is an online merchant selling exactly what the title implies. I put in an order and got a shipping notice with **** tracking # the next day. The tracking showed the package moving normally until it left my local distribution center on route to ******* Ma, the wrong town some 35 miles away. The ******* PO then delivered the package. I live on ***** *** in *********. There is no ***** *** in *******. Where the heck did they deliver it to? The Post Office couldn’t help me because they said that the tracking number on a package that was not addressed to me. They delivered it as addressed. So I contacted the GPP who responded first by asking what my address was, and again with “that’s where we sent it”. After that they just completely ignored me. I have saved the email thread which consists entirely of me being ignored by them, screenshots of the tracking trail, shipping notice with tracking number, and the email response I got from the PO for proof. So I’m out $43.13 and they won’t even respond to me to discuss what happened. I was civil in my pleas but got absolutely no response. My final email included a threat to file a BBB report. That was on 12/10. I paused until now. There was obviously some error on their end with the labeling or tracking number. The tracking number was wrong. The fact that they won’t even have the decency to discuss this with me is what drove me to file this complaint. I would very much like to get the parts I paid for. Order put in on 12/04/21 Order # **********

Customer has opened a chargeback with their bank and has received a refund for the order. Because of this, the order is not able to be re-shipped and the dispute process will be handled by the issuing bank. If the chargeback were to be closed, the order could be re-shipped to the customer.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The business never responded to me. Still hasn’t. I reversed the charge myself working with my bank. The bank reversed the charge, not the business. They didn’t engage with me at all. That was the main reason for the complaint. I’m not looking for anything further at this point as I took care of that myself but the business did absolutely nothing to resolve this so the complaint stands as a warning to others.
