      Everyone I felt with was friendly and professional. Installers were efficient and best of all tidy and cleaned up everything so when left just saw beautiful new windows as only sign they had been there

      It has been two weeks since we had 3 windows replaced. Everything was as stated by Dustin who sold us the windows. Staff were neat and worked very efficiently and finished right before it started snowing (they deserve a bonus!!!). Windows bring in more light into our house; they look bigger. It is so nice to wash dishes in front of the kitchen sink and not feel a draft! Also feel less noise--wind, cars, sirens...was a nice surprise! :)

      The Rolox Team are awesome! We had a deck/ramp that needed painting in Grandview. My *********** couldn't get the work done ourselves due to issues. We chose Rolox to do it and have no regrets. The job looks beautiful and **** the ******* did a wonderful job. It definitely has curb appeal now.

      Rolox does great work and we are highly impressed. We had all 14 windows replaced in our house (all in one day) as well as a privacy fence installed. The process was seamless and they made sure to keep ** in the loop and up to date. They were very professional and clean and made sure we were happy! We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to update their home!

      The windows are beautiful, since we are in the summer months I cant tell if they are sealed properly. I really like the way they transformed some of the rooms, they give the rooms an updated look. So far Im happy with my purchase!!

      Rolox has wonderful customer retention practices and did a superb job installing my new Rolox sliding door. They left my home clean and looking great!In looking at other sliding doors from big box stores, I was told to take the offer from Rolox. The Rolox door is much higher quality even as a base model, and I absolutely love it! The weatherstripping is thick and high quality and the door has a deeper pocket to rest in. I love the multiple locks and being able to lock it open at about 4 inches for airflow. I'm sure this door will last the 50 years warrantied and likely beyond.My old door was a 30-year-old Rolox with a ten-year warranty. It would have lasted longer, I think, had I vacuumed the track at least once a season. It was badly abused with yard debris and such and used constantly. I debated replacing vs fixing the track cap as the door was nicer than more expensive doors at the big box stores and the weatherstipping was as good as their high end doors. I'm so glad I took the deal. The new door is even nicer! No regrets!

      Update to negative review. The owner has gone above and beyond to resolve my issues and I am very impressed that he was so concerned that I was so unhappy and worked to change the situation.
