Awful customer service! Will not be back or recommend to anyone! Had an appointment on 6/30 for inspection and check engine light being on. Later that day they said it was o2 sensor that was just unplugged everything else was great and they just had to get the fairings back on. Took them 2 days to get the fairings back on. Go to pick up our bike and were told it didnt pass inspection due to the break light and turn signals not working. This was never mentioned before on the phone to us. We told the manager ****** that we needed that fixed to obviously pass inspection to get the bike titled. On 7/12 after no update from anyone I call to see whats going on with it and when it will be finished. I first spoke with TJ who was very rude and just unhelpful. He told me that the turn signal relay was the issue and they just figured that out an hour before I called. I then asked if my bike had just been sitting for the last week and a half and TJs response was we have other things coming in and its been on the lift I then asked to speak with the manager. I then spoke with ****** who said they had the turn signal relay in stock and would get it finished by the end of the day and call when it was done and he was sorry. After not hearing I called back in the afternoon on 7/13. I spoke with TJ again who said the part now wasnt in stock and they had to order it and the bike would be ready Thursday or Friday. Finally on Friday 7/15 we were called and told the bike was finished and ready to be picked up. We get up there and are charged $390 for labor and and ***** for parts. I noticed 8/18 that the rear rim was bent, from previous pictures it was bent prior to the inspection appointment on 6/30. I contacted ******* in service and he basically told me he did not care and he read my previous complaint (which never responded or contacted me about) and asked what I wanted them to do. I told him I wanted to make them aware and for at least an apology for the awful customer servic

This bike had many issues. Motor number doesn't match the frame vin number. ECU on bike is for an *** bike. This bike is not equipped with ***, therefore causing the *** light indicator on dash (not for this bike) to stay on. When ordering parts, they do take around 5 business days to ship. We did our normal inspection as requested. Tires were holding air for the two weeks that it was in our shop. At that point in time, we did not notice any rims that were bent. As you spoke to Garret, he said that if you find a rim, we will install it at no charge.
