I had been refered to Anderson Transmission by my body shop that I work for and had them rebuild my 2007 ****** transmission 3/21/2019.I left it with them for 2 weeks which they said they could do rebuild in that time. It took another 2 weeks for them to rebuild which was a major inconvience. Was quoted around $3,000.00 and ended up being $3,540.56. No big issue because I work in the car repair industry and these things happen. Now, it didn't shift properly and Mr. ********************** told that it was just breaking in and we took back after a month and he scanned it and tried to make it better, so we drove for about 4 months and it still was not right. We took back again on 7/4/2019. He kept it again for another week and decided it need a torque converter, said the new one must be bad, but he told me that there was a pinhole in the radiator that was leaking antifreeze into transmission so I replaced the radiator and took back to him on 8/4/2019 and then a week later he replaced the torque converter which took over a week again. So 6 weeks now without my transportation ,total of 2 months after all returning times.. I took back again 8/17/2019 I drove the ** for another 3 months and it still was not right so we took back again. He replaced some valve body parts taking almost 2 weeks again, I drove and on 11/2/2020 transmissin went out completly. He refuses to fix, saying my rear pumpkin was worn out and caused the problem. Iam now out $3540.86, plus 2 tow bills , one to his shop,$125.00 and another $125.00 to a new transmission shop where I had it repaired for another $3,200.00. They found a o ring missing in the valve body which starved the rear section of transion of oil causing the 4th and overdrive clutches to heat up and destroyed them. I have pictures and all old patrs and testomony of reapirman that repaired my transmission. It has been almost a year now of driving myu ** without any issues. Repaired right the second time. I talked to many transmission shop owners and they all say there is no way a worn rear pumpkin woukd cause the transmission to go out so now we are filling small claims. This shop has been nothing but a night mare and cost me big money and time.
