December of 2023 Called to tell them our drain plugs werent working properly (no one came) January 6th 2024 Hot water went out, took them about a week to fix, and maintenance told us theyd be **** to fix drain plugs a different day. (Never came back) February-March (roughly)Our furnace started to leak called to tell them and someone came out fairly quick. After they were done they asked about the drains I told them no one had came out. They told me that we should remove everything from under the sinks so they can come in within next few days. (No one came)May 28th 2024 Our dishwasher stopped running through cycles and leaking all over. (No one ever came)June 13th 2024 Reminded them no one has been out for the dishwasher, and that now our ice maker isnt working along with our fridge leaking. Also ask them to look at our kitchen faucet as it switches between shower/stream mode by its self and is loud. They told me it was a priority and someone would be out the following day. (No one came) June 17th 2024 Reminded them once again no one has been out to look at everything. They said someone would be out first thing the next morning. (No one ever came)Initial Complaint

I moved out of this place on September 20th, 2021. The apartment manager at the time(Kristen) let me break lease(mold/mildew issue with HVAC since the last week in May and never was resolved). I emailed them stating I would be moving (giving notice in writing per ******* and said nothing about 60 day notice since they were allowing me to break lease) I paid all of September rent 980. I emailed them on August 27th stating that I would like to schedule my walk through for September 20th and that would be my last day there. They are charging me $32 dollars for October 1st rent even though I wasn't there. The new manager Sarah H states the following: " The rent paid through 10/1/21 will not be correct as it adheres to the lease agreement/break lease addendum stating we require a 60 day notice along with the break lease fee. The notes from previous management said the break lease fee was waived. The notice entered was dated for a move out of 10/1/21. The letters sent to you and that were referred to in previous emails clearly say you are responsible for the unit until 10/1/21. " I emailed them on the 27th of August stating my last day/walk through date. That should have been added to the file and October rent taken off since I was already approved to break lease. The letter they did send did have the October 1st date but since I emailed them my last day before September even started, it should not have been added. ******* is no longer there and I have stated that it was wrong since I was not there and emailed them stating I wouldn't be.
