      The product would not fulfill my needs. I purchased the software annual subscription online with the understanding there was a money back guarantee. Once I attempted to use the program and discovered it would not function to meet my needs, I attempted to cancel and get a refund the same day and they refused. They also signed me up for automatica annual renewal and their website would not allow me to change this.

      I loaded pictures on free trial slideshow software then it worked-I wanted one with the company banner thru the middle of my slideshow so I purchased a lifetime membership-then I entered there activation key-it didnt work-they suggested it was not for that version but that was the direct link fro trial to this incorrect version then they say buy this version instead-my email security warned of This being someone one trying to steal my information. Worried I canceled my card -but my kids photos are on some crooks fake slideshow program!!!!

      I bought a software from them and was offered to get a refund or have the software swapped for another. When I emailed back that I would just like to receive a refund, the next day they are going to send me an email about their refund policy and why they can't give me a refund based on my dissatisfaction. I had specifically told them that it was the software problems that led to my dissatisfaction. Not just the dissatisfaction. I was not able to reply to the email that they sent. They just made it so that I would have to complete the **************** again instead of just giving me what they had offered in the first place. I was not the one that gave me the option. I was seeking it, but that was what they offered me in the first email. I told them the problems and then they acted as if it was just dissatisfaction which only benefits them as a company since the issues I experienced and the ones I brought up(slow speed, no ability to save work that was in progress, etc.) are probably in the entire platform. But I digress. I just want a refund for my own issues and complications with the software. Nothing else. And if it wasn't offered to me in the first email, I wouldn't have agreed. But it was and now they aren't trying to give it to me, though they were the ones that offered it in the first place. Underneath is them trying to get me not to get a refund and another product instead. I asked for the refund. That was not issued. I put my response, and I will attach what they said. Nothing in my response said anything about my dissatisfaction. It just stated would I would like instead of a new software.

      I signed up for the premium screen recorder Online so I could screen record and no have the water ***** I was then double charged because they have a website that continues to ask for payment I later found out that they just have the website coded wrong and are not keeping cookies for people to know they have already purchased. I filed a complaint about being double charged and was issued a refund for the second duplicate charge but I them doing so I lost access to the platform and now a week alter after serial emails. They are telling me I have no purchase history and they cannot find me in the system. Well it's only ten dollars but I will be filing a charge back with them since they cannot even locate me after double charging me issuing half a refund then erasing me in the system with current charges. Attached is a screenshot of them charging me and refunding the one they use paddle.net for this

      i paid around $60 for a movie exiting software. the first time i tried it, it crashed. every time after that, it would fail to open the first time i opened it, or would be extremely slow and buffer. they claim they offer refunds, but when contacted, their tickets are bull. they send a single email, asking you to check out links to help sources, then claim you can respond if you still need help. if you try to respond, it doesnt go through, as they close your ticket IMMEDIATELY. i find this fraudulent. they do not hold up their end of offering a refund, and their customer service tactic is a scam.

      Several months ago I purchased a video editor from Movavi. I did it for the "Voice Over" option. They had always pushed their effects package, but I never made the purchase since I didn't feel I needed it. On January 7, I downloaded my first video using their program. The last thing they informed me of was to either purchase the effects package or they would place a watermark over my video. Call me irresponsible, but I thought the watermark would be at the bottom. I was shocked when I saw it right through the middle of my work. I don't feel they should have the authority to destroy the time I spent editing this video. It seems almost as though it were strong armed robbery or similar. The video is entitled, "The Immigrant House".

      I ordered a video product in May 2022. I asked for technical assistance multiple times.The technical staff refused to help.I asked for was told (in writing that I was to be refunded. The company sent me a fraudulent document that led me to believe my refund was coming on December 6th, 2022. They have refused to solve the issue and repeatedly send me back to a ticket request over 4 times.EMAIL MESSAGE: Dear ***********,Hope you are doing well!We have responded to your ticket #******* recently and would like to check if any further assistance is required.For your convenience, here is the response sent to you in our previous email:====Artemii C. :Hello,Thank you for your response!I've initiated a refund process for your order #*********.These are usually processed within several hours by 2Checkout, our eCommerce partners.After that, the amount is transferred to your account in up to 10 days, depending on your bank.Your questions and feedback are always welcome.Thank you.--Best regards,Movavi **************** ********************** Knowledge Base:***************************************************************** ====If our support is still required, please reply to this e-mail and we will be happy to assist further.In case our support is not required, we would be happy to get your feedback in the following survey email.Please note that you can reply to this email within 2 weeks. In case there is no response from you during this period, the ticket will be closed automatically. After that you will still be able to create a new ticket through our **************

      I purchased a software program from the company Movavi. I received the link via email and extracted the files fully expecting to receive a functioning operating system. The system was not operational at all. I attempted to remove the program from my computer and start over. Same thing happened. The very same day I sent an email requesting a refund for not receiving a functioning operating system. They refused. I filed a dispute with Pay Pal. They sent me an **mail demanding that I contact Pay Pal and tell them to to throw out the dispute. It was also stated in the **mail that they contacted 2Checkout. I too contacted 2Checkout. I am currently working with Pay Pal to provide documentation that supports my claim. After reading the complaints here I am more certain that this company is scamming consumers by sending links that are either non operational or corrupted. I have purchased programs in this same manner and this is the first time anything like this has happened. An investigation needs to be conducted against this company for their shady practices. I will also be supplying Pay Pal with a copies of all the complaints to further support my claim.

      Purchased Movavi in error. Cannot use on computer because network is not set up for audio. Asked for refund immediately after purchase and was denied. I would like a full refund. I am just being told to read refund policy but I should not pay for something if I can't use the service.
