      In March 2023, I contacted Timeshare Selling Team LLC (TST) to inquire about services to get out of my **************** timeshare. ***** ******** of *** texted on 3/25/23 and then again on 5/18/23 (I had surgery and hadnt responded). After many texts/phone calls, I Docusigned an 18-month agreement with *** where they guarantee to get me out of my timeshare or they will refund 100% of my money back. It also states that my credit would never be affected during the exit process or they would pay to fix. I paid $3,299 on 5/24/23 and TST has yet to get me out of my timeshare. I have multiple text messages with ***** and he has stopped responding to me and has blocked my phone number. I called him from my wifes phone and left him a voice message. We were alarmed we had been scammed and began looking on the BBB site to see if others had been scammed, which they have. We then tried calling him again from my wifes phone (less than 90 minutes later) and he had blocked her number as well! We then tried calling their 800# and was ultimately disconnected. From the agreement, their original offices were located at **********************************************************************************, and from other complaints I see they are now located in **. Their website is no longer functional: ****************************** ***** told us that we would be out of our timeshare within 8-10 months, which would have been 3/25/24, at the latest. The agreement states this is an 18-month contract; however, we are well past the 10 months promised, along with their blocking us, so they have no intention of fulfilling our contract. What is also troublesome is that we can still access our online agreement from the link ***** sent us and can see our full credit card number displayed, which is against PCI DSS rules for protecting consumer credit cards. We assume now that perhaps they were never a legitimate timeshare resolution company and they just continued to tell us bogus information along the way. HELP! WE WERE SCAMMED!

      Back in 2019 I had a Hilton vacation time share property. This company approached me and said they will take those fees and get me out of the contract. After I sent them $13,200, they said they had a company that is a paralegal that works under a law firm. They were going to set up all the documentation necessary to get me out of the contract. I was contacted by ********************* and associates sending me affidavits and asking for info via forms. It was notarized and sent to them. They also provided a credit repair service. We were worked for a while, they did say it would take ****** days. Time went on and I was trying to ask them for info, to which they would say they are working on it. In 2021, they said part of the problem is that I am paying the fees. They told me that I had to stop. After I stopped paying, in 2022 I was going to finance my house and they noticed a foreclosure on my report. I was not aware of this, this was a result of not paying the property. This was resolved so I could get my financing. I tried reaching out to the legal team but they seemed to have disappeared with no contact. I was given a second company to work with and the same situation happened with no resolve. I went to a seminar to get out of time shares and met with a man I told the situation to, they represent trade block who works with H3234**3537**35**3238H H3334383536353533**31H, he told me that I am not quite the customer that I thought I was. They weren&#**;t clear what I am, but at the end of the day they took my money and nothing has changed.

      This complaint is NOT about time as we were willing to be patient and understanding things take time. This is about FAILED fulfillment of contractural agreement & demands for more ******************* We paid a one time fee of $4500.00 to ******************************* a contract that guaranteed wed be out of our time share. They sent us to a third party Lakeside closing service whos been harassing us for an additional $1300.00 to SELL the time share. Not give it back to Royal Floridian as we were lead to believe! No where in the original contract or the contract with Lakeside did it say wed have to pay additional monies. Phone calls are nonexistent, neither company answers phone calls some emails have transpired but, email addresses have changed, theres always excuse as to why they cant talk or prefer email. This exit company & closing company have given me the run around and lied. The original contract for $4500.00 was clear it was a one time fee to 100% rid us of the time share and that was not done. Instead they turned it over to a company whos harassed us, refused to speak in the phone and continually demands more money! *** reached back out to Timeshare selling team several times and assured I owe NO more money! *** reached out to the credit card company whos also waiting on this contract to be 100% fulfilled before reissuing the $4500.00 theyve now refunded me. I spoke with Timeshare selling team representative ***** as the original representative who convinced me to go with their team it wasnt a scam ****** ************** wont answer me. ***** assured me she was transferring this to their legal team. I received a notice in the mail from ******** I have 30 days to pay the additional $1300.00 or could take up to 24 months for an offer. Our understanding was this was being given back to Royal Floridian, NOT being sold on our behalf! I truly believe weve been scammed. And will reached out to the Federal Trade ******************** general.

      At this time since neither company has responded. I want nothing more to do with either of them! Please advise Both Time share selling company and Lake side closing company to cease any and all actions, correspondence or attempts of any further monetary collection from me.

      I was told that the process to eliminate my timeshare would be 7-15 months. I didnt owe any thing on my timeshare and maintenance fee was paid up to date ( back in March 2021). I had been in contact with the company and the ***** ********* that was suppose to be handling my case. They said it was taking longer because of the pandemic. They sent me emails that they were suppose to be sending toWyndham Resort, every two months, until the last two months when I called or email I didnt get a response. The last month the phone numbers for the Timeshare Selling team and the lawyer office and disconnected. I am so unhappy and still have the unwanted Timeshare with a unpaid maintenance bill which I have not paid since January 2023. I hope you can help assist me with this matters and possible receive my deposit back. I have documents and emails from both of the companies.

      They were paid to remove us from the time share contract with **** **** ******* (in *******) but our timeshare was in *** *****. So far we have paid them approximately $9700; they were paid through my checking account. I have my bank record to offer as proof. We are still out of the contract. I spoke to them last, June 2022. I sent them a letter of termination due to the fact they never terminated the contract with them. I have been working with them for approximately 2 years. There has been no resolution, no progress on this effort. The people at **** **** tells us that they can't talk to us because we have an attorney through Time Share Selling Team.

      We completely understand your frustration with this process.  As it was explained to you at the time you signed up, the cancellation of a legal and binding contract with a timeshare does take a while.  While we always hope that the length of time it takes is shorter, your case in particular has been quite difficult to handle.  We have utilized the services of two attorneys, and your case is now in the hands of a third as of April.  Please allow the legal team ample amount of time to work on this case and find a resolution for you.  They are working diligently on your case.  

      Our contract states that we will refund you if we are unable to get you out of your timeshare, but we have not reached that step yet.  We have many different methods and connections to work through, and we will exhaust all resources available to us before it reaches that point.  Please continue to be patient with us and your legal team.

      We paid $2500.00 to a timeshare exit company about 18 months ago and have been given the run around and lied to. We have audio recordings from the representative promising us 8 to 12 months we would be out of our timeshare or we get our money back. We recently reached out to the law firm they use and were told all business with the timeshare exit company are suspended. We then spoke to timeshare exit company representative to inquire and she said we have a new one and sent paperwork to be filled out which was identical to the original paperwork with different law group. I did not fill out the new paperwork because I believe we have been scammed. I have also reached out to the Federal Trade Commision.

      *** ****** signed up for our Timeshare Cancellation Program in May of 2021, and his case has been previously handled by one of our legal teams.  Due to *** ******’s and our own dissatisfaction with the services provided by this legal team, *** ****** agreed to allow us to transfer his case to another, more experienced and more professional legal team.  *** ****** was notified that there would be additional paperwork needed for the transfer of his case, and he has yet to return the paperwork to the new attorney. 

      We would be happy to continue providing services to him, but he must return the requested paperwork.  Please have him reach out to us should he need any assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I reject the response.  I did not agree to transfer my case to another firm and when I questioned who the new attorney is and a license number I did not receive a response. I did not have a conversation or receive any notification from TST about the cancellation so there was no agreed dissatisfaction for a new representation. Based on what I can find about the new company they are offering, they are a financial credit management company and the only legal team I can see is a paralegal.  I was not notified of the cancellation of the original legal firm to my case and only found out when I reached out for an update.  Now they sent paperwork which is a replica of the other firms paperwork.I was also told they put a credit hold in place which I know not to be true.  I have audio recordings from the representative ***** from TST that the process will take 8 to 10 months but no more than 12 months. It has now been 18 months. They have been misleading from the start.
