Paid Nadia $200 for a photo session on October 10th. Session was to include at least 10 edited photos. After the session Nadia failed to ever respond or edit any of the pictures taken. Tried numerous times in May 2022.Initial Complaint

I hired Nadia Bohnert to do my wedding photos. She arrived on the wedding day and my wedding coordinator provided her the list of photos I wanted which included some sentimental photos in honor of my mother. I was also set to have a second photographer. She informed me before the wedding that the second photographer could not make it because he was in a car wreck. At the day ended, I realized that I did not get the sentimental photos that I special requested. It was too late to get them now. Weeks passed by and I would check up with her to see when I would be receiving my proofs so I could start going through them. She stated she just mailed me the thumb drive with all proofs. I never received it so I reached out to her again. She stated it was returned to her so I gave my address to her again and told her I would meet her. She kept saying that she did not have time to meet. In the meantime, she stated that she would send me the proofs through ****** photos. I would receive a 100-200 photos at a time over the course of several weeks, which I was not that impressed with. They were washed out, over-lighted, filtered to the point people where not clear, too far away, etc. She came up with excuse after excuse why the other sets were not sent yet. She finally got me all the proofs 10 weeks later, to find that some are still missing. I reached out to her about it and let her know that I approved about 100 photos for her to do final edits while I waited on the others. She finally meet up with me on October 19th with the thumb drive containing my proofs and the final edits for the pictures I approved so far. When I looked at it, there were pictures I never have seen which makes me believe there are more she has. In addition, there are NO final edits. I have called, texted, messaged, etc. and she will not respond. I paid $1,600 for her, a second photographer which never came, all proofs that I do not have, 100+ final edits which are not completed & it has been 25 weeks.
