Hired them for a master bathroom remodel. Along the way problem after problem occured. Including but not limited to water damage to basement ceiling, shower still doesn't drain properly. Drywall work/painting level 2 at best should be level 4 at minimum for a master bath. Vanity parts broken and still not resolved. Have had no contact or response since October 10th after many attempts and was difficult to get a response even before that. Seeking to file a claim on the job to get it done right and place basement back to how it was before their job.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:This is a false statement. Because of the same reasons already stated but specially they caused water damage to our basement ceiling,wall and baseboards. They caused the damage! They said they would fix it. They didn't and it is still damaged as well speak. I made MANY attempts to get in contact. Not one response since October 10th. This is a false statement because it was agreed the job was not finished until the basement was repaired and back as it was before they did damaged it. It was also found through my research and calling the city of Columbia and attorney general office they are operating without a business license. Everything about this was and is unacceptable. See picture of the way it was left..

The contractor replaced siding on my house and the pieces don't line up, left pieces strung out in my yard, left a mess in my driveway and broke a piece of siding on my house and left it that way.Business response

Everything was explained to the owner on-site and he was in agreement at the end of our conversation. Everything was fine when I left. We have tried to work out an agreement with the customer, but he has informed us that he is not going to pay his balance regardless of what we do, so we are not inclined to continue to work with the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I said I would pay if the job was completed correctly. Meaning fixing one is the pieces that fell that they installed and fixing a piece they broke as well as lining up the other pieces with the current pieces. So their response is false.
