I took my 2020 4Runner in to CAB because Allstate was covering the repairs, since the damage was the other drivers fault (I wasnt in the car, it was parked). Someone recommended CAB to me, but thats the only good thing. *** was disorganized the entire time, telling me the status on a car that isnt mine. Then, when I finally get my car back, there's a scratch on the work they did, nothing lines up right, its rattling and parts arent put back on that even I could tell. They ruined my headliner, damaged parts they fixed and returned my car with the poorest quality work Ive seen. ***** tried to tell me they didnt do that, and it will buff out. They did scratch it, so they buffed it out, which pulled the paint. When I pointed out problems with the quality of their work, ****** response was we didnt see the car before the accident on my not even 2 year old car, even when I showed him pics of the accident with the other car still lodged into the back of mine. The liftgate doesnt line up correctly, so its grinding the paint and buckling the top of my car. The hinges they told me they were waiting on were damaged from what appears to be hammering when my car came back to me. They didnt replace anything, they used Bondo all over the place, which my dealership noticed immediately and asked me about. Not only did they do a poor job, they lied; now the current repairs are $12,000 and climbing. ***** at CAB was all too willing to scam me on the $10,000 they estimated for the original repair. Now, a year later, I finally have it in a different shop because I refuse to deal with CAB, and especially *****. Now I have to file a diminished value claim because of their garbage quality work and ****** comfortability with scamming customers. I could tell hes done it before by the nonchalant way he tried to deflect blame or accountability for their bad work. ***** should be fired; hes costing CAB tens of thousands of dollars, and business, on just my car alone.Review from Loretta S

On 2/8/23 I paid $5,000 to get vehicle fixed. On 2/11/23 the vehicle caught on fire and throwed a rod. I do not recommend them at all.Review from John P

This place does horrible work and lies about repairs 7 months later and my door they fixed still sounds like hollow trash can lids banging together when you shut the door. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO DO ANY WORK ON ANY AUTOMOBILES they even deleted my 1 star ****** review to hide their horrible experience they gave my wife and I!Review from Emily M

They will bondo and TAPE your car together, then tell the insurance company they did unrelated work because they dont want to admit they do a **** job, and try to do as little as possible. My car got was hit by another driver while I was parked and not in it. Allstate said theyd cover it all, steering me toward someone in their network. Complete Auto Body is in their network so I went to them based on one persons recommendation. CAB has terrible communication and even worse quality control. My car is still not acceptably repaired, they refuse to admit they did bad work, they claim related damage isnt related, dont reimburse for the cost of the rental car fully, and gave me attitude when I asked for information regarding their repairs. I dont trust them to do the work because (more than once) they mentioned the bad review I gave them the last time I picked up my car. They had 2 people quit on the same day while my car was there which suggests bad management already. Their detailer made my car even dirtier than when I brought it in, leaving streaks and spray marks everywhere, and didnt even touch it the next time, but did leave some gross and obvious arm sweat marks on my arm rest. Another shop called their work unprofessional and embarrassing. I fully agree. I still havent gotten my car back in decent shape because of them and their deal with Allstate. Do not go here. Theyll try to get away with barely doing anything! 0/5 would not recommend!! Only getting one star because its required. They do not do what they say they will and I have proof now. ZERO STARS for the shoddy work and treatment when I told them about it.Review from Antonio M

This company DO NOT VALUE their customers and they do not stand by their motto, We go the extra mile for our customers. I was treated very poorly. I had my car towed there to get repaired after it was damaged from running over a curb. They estimated the price to repair as over $2,000. They didnt work on it until I took them $1,500, which is fine. They didnt communicate with me about anything until I called them. When it was finally fixed they then said the total cost was $1,954.33. Which was great compared to the cost they originally estimated. The repairman said my car was making a noise that he didnt know if it was making before the accident or not. I explained to him that my car NEVER made that noise before but I was so in need of my vehicle to get back and forth, that I still paid for the remainding balance. The guy told me the noise was nothing serious. It recently started making another noise so I took it back. The repairman then told me the damage was as bad as it was the first, almost like it had been wrecked again, which I know is a lie. He then told me it would cost $1, 600 to repair. I explained the situation before and that the noise they claimed to not have been serious actually caused more damage. The guy was rude and asked me what did I want him to do, and that he couldnt fix it for free. (Which I didnt ask for him to do.) I then asked for the supervisor. He told me the supervisor wasnt there but was aware of the issue, and that he will call me. Its been nearly 2 weeks and I still havent received a callback. I also want to note that my car is driving worse after I took it back. I remember the day I dropped my car off there was a Caucasian lady picking up her car. She was treated with respect and was told to test drive her car to make sure everything is fixed properly. But when I picked mine up I was just asked for payment, given my keys, and sent on my way.
