On August *******, I purchased a 2019 **** Q5. It's advertised this company does a 120-point inspection on all vehicles prior to selling. After a few weeks I realized that the V12 charger ports didn't work. I notified my salesman and he told me to bring the vehicle back so that he could check it. He attempted to correct the 12V charger issue purchasing a fuse to fix the issue. The fuse he purchased didn't correct the issue. He made a call to the service department, I couldn't get an appointment for about 2 weeks, Mid-September. When I took my car in I had to wait several weeks for the part. They gave me my car back and said that they will call me when the part comes. During that time I realized that the back windshield fluid didn't come out and the heat did not work. I put a new service appointment in. They got my vehicle in, gave me a loaner, kept my car for 3 weeks, and fixed everything but the heat. They documented in their report that the **** worked fine. (They never called me to ask me about what issues I was experiencing). I received a call saying my car was ready. Once I picked my car up and returned their loaner, I turned on the heat and it still didn't work. I took it right back and notified **** the manager. We went for a ride where he witnessed the heat didn't work. He told me the plate for the loaner was put on another car and it would be back in a few days. The loaner car/plates wasn't back after 2 more weeks. Now it's winter with no heat in my car. I took my vehicle to the **** dealer out of frustration. **** told me a heater control valve needs replaced. I agreed to the $1200+ repair wanting to be done. After that part was repaired the heat still didn't work. I took it back to Clement and they suggested the same part be replaced. I told them that had already been done. They recommended I return it to ****. **** suggested the heater core be replaced. It was and Clement paid for it. I want a refund for the $1200+ I paid out of pocket.

I visited the outlet on 10/20/2023. I went in asking for a dodge challenger. I was taken to see the car at a nearby location, and fell in love with it. Some minor cosmetic damage, but I was okay with it. The car as is, is valued at roughly $14-15K, yet I was MISLEAD into a Loan which over the full term will end up costing me roughly 47K.I am 21 years old, and this is my first car purchase. I am freshly licenses as well. The salesperson ******* discussed the terms with me, and it was discussed that the car is valued at roughly 14K, and at the loan would be at the high interest rate of 22% (I have low credit due to being new here in the ***). I was fine with this.Again, just to be clear, It was discussed that I would be taking out a loan of $14,000, at an APR of roughly 22%, at a term of 72 months. This would result in me paying a total of roughly $25,000 in total over the full term, APR included. I agreed to these terms. Last month, I came to find out that the loan was originally taken out for roughly $25,000, at an APR of 22%, which will end up being $47,000 at full term. As someone who works at target and makes $15 an hour, this is astonishing. On top of all of this, I was terribly mislead. The representative clicked through her iPad as my cosigner and I e-signed the documents, (a sign here, here, and here type deal). It wasn't until the deal was already done, and a downpayment of $1,000 was placed, that I was given the contract stating the full amount, folded up, in a Clement branded booklet. This loan is going to haunt **** have only driven it roughly 4000 Miles since.I would like for this loan to be reversed and the car to be returned. Clement is the bane of my existence.

I purchased warranty and gap insurance on a vehicle 11/2022 I purchased. The vehicle was in a accident and was totaled. I have been reaching out to the dealer for a month requesting a call back from the finance department. No one has tried contacting me to settle this issue. I feel they are doing this purposefully due to the timeframe to get the issue resolved. Please help me

After many emails and completing a lot of the process to purchase a car. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle but when arrived I was informed the vehicle was not there and was offered to look at similar vehicles I declined and they said would try to locate the vehicle then asked for my info, name address etc etc I adv this was all done already over the last 2 days. He claimed the info didn't sync. Had to run my credit again etc etc and still no vehicle only to come back and claim I need a co-signer even though I had been qualified already...no pre-qualiffied. I was approved. Blatent bait and switch and waste of my time end effort, another hit on my credit and deceptive business practices along with the embarrassment of them loudly saying I needed a cosigner. They way **** in the internet **** explained it to me is that since I completed the majority of the process prior to coming in that i would come in, do the test drive, if I was satisfied they would complete the needed documentation and I would be in and out in ***** minutes, the ordeal turned into 2hrs and was the worst car buying experience ever. I have all communications in regards to the promise of the vehicle being available to the promise of the rest of the process taking only ***** minutes. These guys lied and baited me just to get me into the dealership. I wish to pursue this fully!

2007 Tahoe I traded it in for 1000 dollars down payment and the payments came to 687 a month. I have been paying on the car for a year in June and I am still paying on it.  I was taken advantage of because of my age.  I owe 27000 dollars on the car still. Tonya at the dealership told me I could trade the car in for a different one in a year.  I went there to trade the car in and was told she no longer works there.  She is no longer there but now I am a victim of her deal I should not owe 2700 dollars on this car. I could have bought a brand new car at that price.

    To whom it may concern,

We would be more than happy to assist in the purchase of your newer vehicle.  Can you please reach out to one of the store managers ***** ***** or **** ****** (************).

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  That is not doing me any good.  I would never had gave my truck running and they charged me this much for this car.  Come down on the Price or they can have the car.  A newer car would not do me any good I would have to start over with Sales Tax.  I want the car but $27,000 for this Chevy is way too much.  I would like to have my money back that I put into this car and my other car.  They should be able to locate something like my car because the deal was not right.

    Sincerely,

    ***** ******

This situation has made my insurance jump cause I dont have my own car n put my life on hold. Everybody keep saying they are going to call me back and never do. When I do get in contact with the dealership. Im always told a few more weeks its a big job. I contacted about cancellation of the sell n other options. As no one would do or tell me anything.

In response to ******* ***** complaint, Ms. ***** was approved based on the information she told us.  Which the information was untrue and the credit union verified it was untrue.  So they rescinded the approval based on the information that she provided.  We have asked her to return the vehicle and refund her any monies she owed.  We even had to call the police to get them involved.  She is aware of police involvement and still will not return the vehicle.  We would have tried to put her in another vehicle based on her income. She told us she made 4862.00 monthly but credit union verified 2900 monthly.

I bought the car on 5/18 and they told me it would be ready the next day but it wasn&#**;t. I went on the 20th and to *********. It was a different car than what I agreed to. I kept getting the runaround. I ended up taking a different car than what we agreed to. The same day, I left there, about 5:30 (I had been there all day). When I got home the temperature gauge came on and said that the engine was hot. They had just replaced the thermostat. When I called she said no one was there. I called the next day and they said they wouldn&#**;t be able to do anything until Monday. I called again after it sat for an entire day. The car was towed back to the dealer. The guy who sold the car wouldn&#**;t speak to me. I have all the paperwork and the sales receipt. I just want my money back.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata on 10/22/21 from Clement Auto Plaza in Bridgeton, Mo. At the time of purchase, I told the salesman that I have 3 children that ride in my car, and I needed something safe and reliable. I was assured that the car had passed inspection and would be reliable for my family. Arik, the salesman, told me that the tire pressure light was on because the tires needed air. I assumed this was something that would be done at the dealership before I left the lot with the car, since I was making a $10,500 purchase. This was only the beginning of the issues. Because the car was sold to me with bald tires, I had to go to ********* the day after purchasing the vehicle and have them move the rear tires to the front so I could drive it (the rear tires were the slightly better of the set) because when I attempted to drive the car on wet pavement, I hydroplaned so severely that I nearly had an accident pulling out of my street. Along with the tire rotation, which I had to pay for, ********* added air into the tires which did not make the sensor shut off as the salesman indicated would happen. I have also had the radiator hose changed due to a leak and put 2 new back tires on after a blowout from the bald tires. All these repairs/replacements from a car that had allegedly "passed inspection." At this point, I have put $1,000.00 into a newly purchased car....seems sound. Also, when I took the car to a shop to get new tires, they told me that I have a broken ball joint, broken axle, boot leak, and I need a 4-wheel alignment and brakes. I paid $511.00 to fix what I could. This car won't even pass state inspection. Therefore, I can't get my new car licensed. So how did the dealership pass a state inspection? This seems a little fishy to me. Moreover, when I took the car to get the ball joint and tires replaced, they checked all 4 tire pressure sensors and said they are fine, so they don't know why the light is still on. I pay $377.00 a month for a car that I can't get licensed. I took the vehicle back to Clement Auto Plaza after breaking down on the side of Interstate 44 with my 3 children, because J.P. told me on the phone that he would take care of it, make the car go away and get me out of the vehicle (his words), only to get there and have him run my credit 15 times after I'd purchased a car from them in October. He then tells me that he will give me $4,500.00 for the car that he just sold me for $10,500 (that I have now paid down to $9,300.00). I pay monthly payments for the car as agreed, but he is not standing behind the contract we signed. He sold me a lemon and now is asking me for $5,000.00 down on a different vehicle when I was told that he would "get me out of the bad car that I was sold," and he would make sure it was taken care of. All I received was disappointment and a huge hit on my credit. I refuse to continue to pay for a car that must have illegally passed the state inspection and is literally falling apart with me and my children in it.
