Waited two weeks for a vehicle to come in finally came in yesterday given a signed bill off sale at business closing already had an approval from my credit union. While picking up check the next morning and confirmation from sales **** they claim sold to someone else. I'd literally spoke with them 5 minutes before the call. Horrible experience.

I brought my truck back in Feb of this year from * ********** and *********. I had issues from the bringing of getting this car I has started dealing with ***** after going back and forth with the dealer I have brought my truck up here every month at least 3 to 4 times a month and every time they would tell me there is nothing wrong with the truck which it is, after having them, look at my truck and they stating that things where fixed or nothing was wrong I stated to asked for paperwork and I was informed since there was nothing wrong with the truck we didn't do a trick it but to show the customer that they car/truck had been looked at and show there is nothing wrong we would like to see it in person nope didn't get one. Come to find out that the employee was deleting customers information out of the computer as if they had never brought their car/truck in for service and guess what I am once of his victims. After talking to ******* about my truck and the issues that I was still having months later he stated that a lot of customers where having the same issues with ***** and he not doing his job correctly and getting the customers false information or not writing up any tricks. So ******* informed me to bring my truck back in and they would have to look at the truck all over again as if I was purchasing the truck all over again let am new inspection. I did inform ******* that I took my truck to Dodge and they stated that it should have never passed inspection in the first place with the issues I was having with my breaks,ac/heating gas light not working that's too name of few things. I dropped my car off on Aug 8th 2023 they called me on Fri Aug 11th 2023 to pick up my truck it was ready, but wasn't. No work was done to the truck ***** stated that it was out of his hands. Point of the story is I'm still having the same issues.

Customer purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango on 02/13/2023 with ****** documented miles.   Customer brought vehicle in on 3/15/23 with maintenance concerns about brakes and tire replacement.  We conducted a diagnostic and took measurements on the brakes and tires and came to the conclusion according to the results of the testing that both the brake pads and tires had only life on them.  We did find some debris inside the wheels which could cause vibration.  We cleaned wheels and performed a tire rotation and balance which was of no charge to the customer.  We also noted that we could not duplicate the same issues the customer said they experienced.  The customer did return to the service center with the vehicle on 08/08/2023, with ****** documented miles, which is an additional ***** miles since purchased 6 months earlier.  The customer claimed there was new maintenance issues with the vehicle, stating that the a/c isn't as cold as it used to be and the low fuel alert isnt engaging.  We have all service on the vehicle documented in our dealer system.  These are all new complaints and the first time we heard of them.  Once information is entered into the system, it can never be deleted.  We have completed all service that we were responsible for as promised.

Found a Vehicle online. Clements ad showed a "No Haggle Price: $26,500". This same ad appeared on KBB search, Autotrader search, and Clements own site. "No Haggle Price: $26,500!".Went in, I was asked if I was trading or financing, I said, "Paying cash". I drove the car, got out my checkbook and said I'd like to buy it. The salesman said, "Let me look that car up. He turned his screen around and he had the same ad, but from a different URL that said, Price: $28,500. I said, "$28,500? It says $26,500 online." He said, well I'm on the site, and here is what it says: $28,500 w/$1000 off for financing and $1000 off for your trade, leaving a final price of $26,500. KBB and Autotrader must be wrong."This is NOT what it said before or after on consumer facing websites including his own. I asked them to honor the price and showed them the online price ON THEIR SITE on my phone. They would not honor their advertisement. They said that the ad should have stated with trade and financing. This is the kind of bait and switch pricing tactic that has the world calling people "Used car salesmen". This is the definition of unethical if not illegal consumer treatment. No one should do business this way.

The saleswoman was very patient and helpful. However, the manager and upper management (The ***** man in the shadows) pulling the strings were disengaging and unfriendly. My credit score at the time was between high 500's and 600. My score was not adequate for financing and that's understandable. I was interested in several vehicles that were said to be in their ********** location. They said they needed a down payment for a car I hadn't seen or test driven and I was challenged because of my questioning of this irrationality. Also, I made it clear to the saleswoman that I would pay $18,000 cash after the vehicle was transported to the location and verified as advertised as a great buy. I was prepared to pay up to $25,000 if necessary because of my credit. I just didn't reveal that to them. My brother/Pastor was with me to help pay the ****. We were told that the car would take a half-hour to be delivered and then later we were told an hour is needed for delivery therefore, we waited patiently and started my insurance purchase for an easy transition once the car arrived and met our approval. We were at the site for roughly 2 hours. Our saleswoman was very transparent but the male staff (management) are duds, bogus, slugs)! They would not communicate exactly what was going on. We were cash-paying customers and they treated us as if we were of zero significance.Eventually, my saleswoman informed me that the car had arrived. WOW! It was a disgrace, humiliating, disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright horrible. The 2016 Hyundai Tucson SUV that we waited on for nearly 2 hours had a damaged fender, cracked windshield, dirty interior, damaged headlamps, and the rear doors would not open along with countless other issues. My Pastor asked me as we drove off the lot to go to lunch, "Are they making a mockery of us?" I responded I think they just don't care. Clement Auto Plaza has some nice-looking cars but, Clement Does Not Have Class! Don't waste your time!I
