Hello , There was an agent from ******* knocked my door and was trying to explain me a better internet connection than the current one lm using and I felt its a good one to choose. He created an account for me mentioned it is free of charge until I decide and activate to use the service and he assured that he will send a device or something which never happened. After a few months I have received a bill from ******* and I did not pay. Reason for that ignorance was I never activated the account and never used any service. I have got a second bill penalty and I tried to call ******* and they mentioned it will be voided later which did not happen. I have called ******* again and disputed the charge. I have recently got a letter from credit control LLV saying I need to pay the amount now. I tried to call them and explain and the lady who I was on call with was not at all helpful and not listening to me and forcing me by asking multiple time how Im I paying? I called her to get a resolution but she kept insisting me to pay. That person who created an account for me clearly lied to me and I was not aware this until later steps. Why should a customer pay for someones mistake.
