Awesome, quick, responsive -excellent customer service and this includes the customer service person answer the call and scheduled the service!

Let me start by saying that I am not comfortable having strangers in my house. However, from time to time, life requires this to happen. Having said this, I have never come across more professional service people in my personal life than the ones you sent to my home to install my HVAC system. To call them professional does not do them justice. They were at my home at 7:30am on the dot, to the minute. They were very courteous, extremely respectful of my home, happy to answer all of my questions ( with knowledgeable answers), all while not talking down to me, and finished a little earlier than anticipated. The equipment they installed was top notch. They took the time to show me everything they installed and what function it serves. Followed up with a thorough job of explaining how the thermostat works, including walking me through installing the app and helping me set it up. When they left, the house was already warming up, and I knew how to use the new system. It took me no time to walk my wife through the app and the use of the thermostat. You have 2 great employees working for you, I hope you know that. I work with many staff members all the time, and it is rare to find a hard-working, dedicated person who represents a business as well as these 2 gentlemen did. Someone who has a high level of technical skill but is also customer oriented is a true asset to any business, but especially one such as yours. My experience was top notch, I have already shared my experience with a couple of dozen coworkers today at a team meeting. I hope it provides you with some additional business in the future. Always have had a wonderful experience with Air Compfort, from bid to install to regular maintenance checks. Everyone is kind and professional. We've referred friends and family as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, technician did a thorough check of my system and the office staff is very polite.

This is not directly positioned against air comfort but now that they have purchased Agers I feel obligated to now inform new customers as to my situation. I have two ********** split units one works great the other has had at least 12 repairs and were unable to get replacement. Was given ********** customer ********************** which is useless as they do not call back.When I finally talked with the owner of Agers he informed me he had sold his business to air comfort and really had nothing left to help me. I finally had ******* out they founds some wiring issues and again are replacing electronic boards. ********** and I believe ******* who I believe is their distributor could not repair and refused to replace. When I called Air Comfort I spoke with a very nice lady who then informed me to take it up again with Agers who I just told you was bought out by Air Comfort. So be careful they say they will respect Agers warranties and product dispositions but it does not look that way. I have filed with the BBB and will more than cost them business compared to a replacement cost of a unit. Enter with this company cautiously.

***** came by and took a look at a recently installed (not by them) ****** HVAC system for me since I had some concerns and just wanted a sanity check. He provided his honest opinion. Way above and beyond for him to do that! My next system will be with Air Comfort, as will all maintenance until then. I'm giving up years of labor warranty (through the other company) to do so but you just can't quantify honesty and integrity. ***** exemplifies that. Most highly recommended!

Air Comfort is always professional an knowledgeable in their work. **** did a great job checking our system and ensuring it was working properly. Recommendations on what could be needed down the road and the reason why is helpful.

In contrast to almost all others, I have had a very negative interaction with Air Comfort. The serviceman was quick to confirm the obvious but did nothing to specifics regarding the blower motor on our second story blower. After being told the blower unit needed to be replaced and they would let me know the cost in the next day. I was told it was going to be $1,700 for the replacement. When I asked about the motor unit cost and labor I was told they do not provide that information and that the cost is a flat fee. With some experience with electric motors and *** versions I presumed they would replace the whole blower unit including housing and fan. Without having any information regarding what was going to be replaced, I found that only the *** blower motor was going to be replaced - a part that can be purchased for less that $400. This would mean that I would be paying almost $1400 for the technician to replace a blower motor (this includes the $97 I paid to have someone come out to evaluate). Their flat rate service is a disgusting tool to ***** the consumer and Air Comfort is all in on gouging the consumer. I will never deal with a company that will not provide the details of material and labor costs. BUYER BEWARE!
