    My property was bought out by a new company and I'm being told that you guys never sent over my security deposit and they are missing and I'm needing to get that money back from you guys because this is not fair to me that I'm being told that you guys never sent them

    Moved in December 31st 2020 Heat would not heat up full house took hours to heat up house & it never stayed on set temperature it was either you be cold with no heat or take hours to heat up & then to hot to bear , this issue was never resolved they just said it was due to the heating floors.. We had issues with our master bedroom bathroom & secondary bathroom lights & switches going out & cutting back on it took them about a week or so to get back to us about this the guy came out flicked the light said it was working & left it went out again so he came back out the next day he ended up having to break down a little of the wall to get to the wires inside to resolve ! We then had air issues as of end of April it went out over a weekend tried to call emergency maintenance and the line kept going to voicemail i finally was able to submit a ticket that following Monday since April they have came out multiple times trying to fix the issue & it would work for a few days no more than a week & go right back out they tried multiple things to resolve & it just didn’t work they gave us AC WINDOW UNITS to temporarily give us air while they fix these issues however these AC Units still didn’t do much beings that’s they got the smallest size and the house is a 3 bedroom flat houses they ended up giving us more units upon telling them that the one they provided did nothing ! We had to book hotel rooms and reach out to family members to stay bc it was so hot some days and i have a infant baby! We also didn’t know that this temp fix would go on for months & are now having to pay a $600 something ****** bill due to these units having to be ran all day everyday but yet we are expected to pay $1000 month for central air on too of the fact that then use the cardboard box that it came in & tape to cover up the opening of the window bc the windows we have are not made for window units they have still yet come to board these up correctly asked we asked months ago. As of the middle of JULY they finally had someone come out and replace the unit inside & out (it took so long because they said the owners didn’t want to pay the money to replace it so they were going back & fourth debating in the prices) finally they replaced the units air starting blowing out of the vents but it still wants completely blowing & powerful to cool down the whole house ! They kept trying to say the reason for this is because we still had the units even tho we had explained to them multiple times that the units wouldn’t make a difference but we still decided to take all the units out over a weekend at the end of July and see how the house felt with just the central air & not only was it still hot the air eventually stop blowing out at all we went outside to check the unit & it wasn’t spinning at all & the pipes were not cold they were warm AGAIN ! Also the new unit inside is now leaking as of beginning August which is causes the baby room & the other secondary unit to start flooding the carpet is soaking wet starting to smell which can cause mildew! The wood from the flooring is broke. And lifting due to the water i tried to call emergency maintenance again over the weekend and as always the phone is turned off going straight to voicemail ! I wrote them about this sent pictures & videos and they basically said it’s nothing they can do or figure out they are back at square one and she would pass the information on to maintenance! We also put in a ticket about the pipes causing a bad odor in June so when we flush the toilet or turn on the bathroom sink to wash our hands it’s has an order that ticket is still open & has yet to be addressed ! At one point we came home & the whole house smell like sewer you could smell it as soon as you pulled into the driveway no one ever came out to fix that ! We are also now having issues with the wiring to the switch in the master bedroom as the light won’t cut on & which we changed the lightbulb & it still didn’t cut on the ceiling fan connected to that switch also does cut on either !
