There was multiple issues with the house that were unforeseen.  We addressed everything without charging more when certain issues any other company would have.
She said something about her toilet seat was scratched and I told her I would pay for a new one.
There handle was loose on the shower handle and I told her we can fix it easily with an Allen key.
She started not picking at other things that had nothing to do with us, i offered a $500 additional refund which she declined and demanded full refund.
I am unable to do so
These are pictures of her bathroom
And I will not be issuing any further refunds

I paid the company $600 to install cabinets in my property. A few weeks later. The cabinet fell off the wall and broke. Thankfully no one was injured. This company is refusing to accept responsibility to buy and replace cabinet. They claim they underbid the kitchen and the walls were crooked so they couldn't find the stud and decided without my consent to hang the cabinet to drywall.

I resolved this with the consumer and we worked it out.
