We brought our healthy 5 month old puppy to training with *** **** *******/ the Doghouse on February 15, 2022. When we came to do our trainer session with him on the second week. Our trainer informed us before we saw him that he had been sick and had not ate in two days. That no training had occurred. No one called to tell us he was sick. We took our puppy with us on March 2, 2022.He was so out of it he fell off the seat and was laying on the hump on the floor with no energy to get up. We brought him directly to *****. He was severely dehydrated, had a fever, gastroenteritis and bronchitis. The doghouse has refused any accountability. We filed a complaint with the ********** ** ***********. In their findings our puppy had been cover in his own poop and pee while in their care. We would like to be reimbursed for the training which none occurred in his 15 days there and his vet bill. There were so many gaps in his care and training logs. Please do not send your pet here.

This complaint was made over 4 months ago and has been handled by 4 different agencies,  the ********* ****, the **** **  **, ********* ****** ****** *******, and the state of ********** ******** ************. who all deemed there was no misconduct at our facility.  The Vet gave us a packet which included the comment that she would not take this any further because there has been no misconduct on our end.   We also offered a refund of the unused training money, which they accepted, and now it is headed for the courts in October of this year.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
There are multiple misfractions on the reports. Our puppy was not treated properly or trained at all. Instead we brought home an extremely sick puppy.

      Sincerely,

      ********* *********

I took my dog to be trained. He was there for a month. They said they could not train him to walk to the left. I said fine, just train him to walk to the right. When I picked him up, he was the same as when I brought him off. I complained to the company and they did not offer any resolution and just said as soon as he calms down, he will be okay.

The dog's name is ******.  The dog was here with us for four weeks for training.  Some of the issues on her paperwork was the dog had separation anxiety.  The dog did multiple weeks of training.  We never saw the separation anxiety because she was late or didn't show up to the lessons.  We never got to work on the separation anxiety.  When she came to pick up ******, ****** got overly excited which is completely normal.  It looked like all the training went out the window.  She didn't talk to the trainer.  She got defensive.  She said she wasted her money and there was no point to this.  Our training director stepped in and told her we could bring ****** back in and show her what we did.  She grabbed the leash from our Director and told her it was a waste of money.  She didn't give us a ****** to discuss the training or give a resolution.
