I took my bike to this shop due to my motor locking up on me. This bike was still under warranty and they have now had my bike for over 5 months. They keep giving excuse after excuse as to why this repair is taking so long. They are now claiming that the manufacture will not send them the new motor, but I have no documentation that they even ordered it.Business response

The unit was purchased on 4-21-22, and was checked in to our repair center on 5-2-22, with units ahead of it in line to be repaired, during the time it was here, parts were ordered from the manufacturer, ******* ******, including an engine, the warranty claim was summitted on 6-24-22, and all the parts aside from the engine were received, shortly after that claim was submitted, our Full-Time Mechanic discontinued his employment with our company, we have been working diligently to repair the units we have, as well as continue to help customers with repairs to the best of our abilities, we are currently still waiting to receive the motor for the motorcycle, and have received all the other parts for the unit at this time. We have been communicating to our customers as best as we can that we are attempting to get repairs done on units as fast as possible, but without a Full-Time mechanic, it is a challenge. In summary, the warranty claim HAS been submitted to the manufacturer, but at this time, we have not received back the engine we ordered to repair *** *****'s unit. We as a store apologize for the inconvenience, and as I stated previously, are all working as diligently as we can to serve our community and provided quality services and care.
