We used lawn managers inc for our lawn in spring/summer of 2022 and prepaid for that years service. Treatments of our lawn did not adequately reduce weed growth so we decided not to use them for 2023. Without signing up for treatment this year, they started applying chemicals in the spring and sending invoices for treatments. We did not pay for the treatments that we did not sign up for and just received contact from a collection agency.Business response

Good morning Mr. *****,As stated when you signed up for services we are a continual service until you call to cancel. It is stated on the estimate and all paperwork given when setting up services. It does look like we tried contacting you via phone calls and multiple letters with no response back. I apologize if you are unhappy. We strive to give excellent customer service.
