Oct 21st, 2021 I was given a quote to get my house whitewashed. I was told they would be there November 3,4,5 I agreed to those days and a start time I was given. November 3rd came and went and we had a no-show or even a call. November 8th someone showed up at our house to work (which he said he's never done this before and really wasn't sure how to handle it) November 8th at 6:15 I was sent a text about someone on their crew testing positive for covid but they reassured me someone would be there on Wednesday the 10th. I again waited for them to show up going into work late. I left my house at 9:15 a.m. which I was told they would be there by 9 a.m. I was told someone was out at my house as of that point. On Thursday, November 11th at 10:08 a.m. that they apologize because they did not whitewash our house they painted one whole white just white. I was told they would take the steps to remove some of the white paid to make it look like what we were looking for. Again no-show. I was told they would be out on November 12th to fix everything. Again no-show and I get a phone call Friday at 1 p.m. stating they are not capable to do this job and I'm already unhappy so they are just going to walk away from it. Now I have 1 side of my house painted white, not whitewashed and I have to pay someone to come fix the mess they have made. I do not believe I should have to pay for this. This company is a joke I would never refer them to anyone I know. I have no clue the cost to remove this mess they have made or feel like I should have to pay for this.

After we already started the white wash job, our employee tested positive for COVID-19. Our company immediately took off work until everyone got their results back. Half of our work force tested positive for COVID-19. Our workers had to stay home for 10 days. We then had our workers, who’s results came back negative, continue the job they were already put on. I personally went out there to continue the work and after working 1 day there, the customer replied saying they were unhappy with our work. At this point since the customer was not satisfied with the work we had done. I had told her that we will take the extra steps to make that side, the side we had already white washed, to make it look like what she was wanting. I did not want to continue all the way around the house and chance the customer not liking it. I called the customer to explain that with covid bringing our work force down and her not like our work so far, that we would like to step away from the job. Before I could offer solutions and explain how Midwest Home Improvements can still fix the side we white washed, the customer continued to cuss me out and not let me explain or finish any of my sentences.

I tried to explain how covid is affecting us and with it being our first year in buisness, I’m really unsure what to do. I tried to tell her we wish to walk away from white washing the rest of their house and taking the extra steps to at least make it look to the customers liking, or just removn

I tried to explain how covid is affecting us and with it being our first year in buisness, we really are unsure what to do in our predicament. We were unable to pull other workers off the jobs they were assigned to. I called to tell her that Midwest Home Improvements prefer to walk away from white washing the rest of their house. We wish to take the extra steps to at least make it look to the customers liking, or just removing the white wash entirely. Midwest Home Improvements wishes to do right by resolving this issue. Sad to say, the customer would not allow me to help. Instead, cussed me out and hung up the phone before I could complete a sentence.

The information that was provided from Midwest contracting saying that they tried to come to a resolution and that I cussed them is false we were told that they were going to come fix the problem and still have never shown up and that was in November. They even contacted us and said that they would come fix the mistake that they made and we and we still have not been contacted and we were informed that is not how they do business. Since then we have made multiple phone calls and even drove by the office to try to get somebody to resolve the issues
