Very easy to work with. They guided us from the very start. They were on site when the adjuster came and they were on site while our roof was being replaced. ****** and ****** were very knowledgeable about their product and helped us so much through the whole process. I had a complete roof and gutter installation done in 1999. About a week ago (2024) I noticed that one of the "end caps" were missing from my detached garage. I called the salesman that sold me the roof and he had someone for the company call me last Wednesday and Thursday they came out and fixed the end cap and also inspected my entire roof. I could not believe how fast and how professional this company was and at no cost to me. Thank you for a great job and fast service.Review from Todd C

A year and a half ago, Storm Restorations/Hunter Roofing replaced ******* and immediately thereafter, it began leaking in my living room where there was not a leak before. They have been out 8 to 10 times trying to fix it but it still leaks. They then said it must be my chimney and I had a masonry contractor (one they recommended) put on a new cap and check it thoroughly. He said it was not the chimney and that it had to be the roof. The roofing company even put a tarp over the top of the chimney but it still leaks. I have called and left messages with them 4 times over the last two weeks and they will not return my call. Overall it has been a horrible experience with no resolution in sight.Review from Charles M

I used Storm Restorations Of America to replace my roof. I should have known better than to hire someone who knocks at my door. Everything was problematic from the beginning. They were deceitful with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. The insurance company sent enough money to replace the roof, but storm restorations insisted I had to pay more money even though the insurance company told me it's all I needed.After I threatened to go with another roofer who said it was plenty of money they finally agreed to replace my roof with the insurance proceeds. I would've went with someone else, but they threatened me telling me I was under contact.I pick out the shingles I want and to my surprise on installation day 3/4 of the way through the job I pick up one of the packages off the ground and it's not even the same manufacturer as what I picked out! At this point, I hung my head, walked inside and accepted my fate. I picked a terrible roofer and that was my fault.Don't make the same mistake I made. I needed a roofer because my house was hit by a hail storm but I didn't know any roofers. I did a lot of research and found Storm Restorations of America. Being veteran owned, local and having such great reviews was enough for me to call them for a free roof inspection. They came out, gave a thorough and detailed report on the condition of my roof. Showed me pictures of all the spots where hail had damaged my roof. They advised I file an insurance claim and even helped me with the crazy process. My insurance company approved the claim which was a relief because I know a roof can be expensive. The roof replacement experience was WONDERFUL. My sales rep was on the job site all day making sure everything was handled properly. We've seen several big storms since then without a single leak. The roof looks great, the service was great and I have told everyone that Storm Restorations of America is the best roofer in town!Review from Grant W

Ive worked with Storm Restorations of America numerous times on homes in a number of price ranges. They are great at what they do and get things done on time. I dont hesitate to pick up the phone and call them when I have a roof in need of repair or replacement.Review from Rhett S

Worst experience ever. The initial experience was okay. After the roof was completed we had a leak. They came out to look at it. Tried to blame us. They said they would get the ceiling fixed and replace the insulation. They did a half a** job on the ceilings and never came back to replace the insulation. I have been trying to reach them for over a year to get that replaced and they will not answer any messages. Now we have yet another leak and its around the vent pipe. looking at that area they did a terrible job. I am very disappointed in this company and job they did.Review from Linda M

We called Storm Restorations to give us an estimate to repair some hail damage to our roof and gutters last October. ******* came over right away, and showed us photos of the damage he found. They quickly got us on the schedule, worked with the insurance adjuster, and kept us notified as the work progressed. They fixed some issues that weren't done right by the original builder and brought everything up to today's standards and codes. Their workers came when they said they would and worked until the job was done, and everything was cleaned up. ******* came when they finished and made sure we were satisfied. The gutters they used to replace the old ones are now properly sized to accommodate the volume of rain coming off the roof, with downspouts in all of the appropriate places. Both crews treated our house like was their own - we couldn't be happier with job they did. ***** *** ** *
