    I hired them to do MY driveway. They stopped by and we're pleasant at first. Did a great job initially. I had a problem where the middle of MY driveway was holding water. So one of the companies workers CAME OUT and cut out a **** slab and left it like that.Then after numerous calls the owners wife blocked his number. Then the owner *********************** called ME after a negative review was left on ********* He said he would fix it that there was nothing THAT he couldn't fix. The driveway is cracked open due to the laziness and horrible work that was done. Then when i asked about them coming back I was cursed at and disrespected by the owner.     I am writing in response to a recent claim on your platform regarding our business. I would like to address the concerns raised and provide you with accurate information regarding this situation. First of all, this incident happened in ******* ******* and has nothing to do with our ******** location. Please let me assure you that the claims made in the review are false and do not accurately represent the experience of the individual in question. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and have a track record of positive testimonials from many satisfied customers. Here is a timeline of the situation;On 11-9-21 our company installed rock to his driveway and he even made a five star review. 1-27-22 we installed an asphalt driveway for him. The claimant was completely satisfied and paid $8,400. 7-24-22 Installed a concrete slab for him, even though this is not a service we typically undertake. We provided this as a courtesy.2-5-23 (Over a year after we installed his asphalt driveway) He called to complain about an area in his driveway that held water. Our crew came back out to address the situation. The claimant requested that we cut out and install another asphalt area because this area was holding water. In his complaint, he implied that we cut it out and left it. This is false information. We professionally cut the area out and installed NEW asphalt, at no cost, per his request. 7-2-23 Despite the previous challenges and dissatisfaction, we made the decision to revisit the situation and address it once again, aiming to find a resolution. At this time ******* coated the edges so that the new area blended with the old. Due to a heavy workload and being exceptionally busy, we unfortunately could not respond to his additional multiple requests for additional work and failed to return his calls. ******** repeatedly contacted us, engaging in harassing behavior towards multiple members of our crew. ******** arrived at another one of our projects that he had no legitimate reason to be involved in or any association with. Expressing with an agitated demeanor, in a highly animated manner, making sweeping arm gestures. He insisted that we immediately head to his residence demanding our prompt attention. Then he followed up with numerous text messages and voicemails imposing commands and assertively asking us to comply. The claimant then resorted to threatening behavior. Throughout the previous interactions, our company maintained a professional and respectful approach, ensuring clear and courteous communication with the individual involved; however, due to the escalation of harassment, we had to address the situation accordingly. To protect the well-being and safety of our team, we took the necessary steps of blocking him from any further contact or communication.
