I have been purchasing fabric in both custom and in stock since 10/23 from this company. I have had great service. Placed an order 3/9/24 and it was all scaled incorrectly to which they said they'd replace it corrected. I have not received. Then ordered 4/13/24 and all 5 fabrics were scaled incorrectly to which they said they'd replace it corrected. Placed order 4/23/24 and it has NOT been fulfilled. I have received sporadic emails from *************************** - one of the owners saying that they were having personal issues that were affecting the business. They sorted the issues and are/were moving forward. They have 2 ******** pages, they have shut down communication on both of those pages, they have also shut down their telephone from taking messages. I want my 9 yards of fabric that I ordered on the above dates completed and shipped to me. My order numbers are ****** 3/9/24 ****** 4/13/24 and ****** 4/23/24. I understand personal problems can interfere with companies but these past few months of having sales nearly every other day generating more and more money with out providing product for the purchase is unfair.I wish no ill will to ********* I just want what I have paid for IN GOOD FAITH, completed and shipped to me. I have all emails that were sent back and forth regarding the fabric that was scaled incorrectlyBusiness response

To Whom it May **************** am wondering if this is an old report, as I have been in contact with ***** as of recent. All of her fabric except 3 yards has been replaced and those three yards are shipping out in the next ***** hours. I do hope and pray that this complaint gets removed as soon as all fabric is received. ***** just recently placed another order that is shipping within ***** hours. So, I hope the fact I was able to supply this order in a very timely manner that she will give me ***** on this issue. Thank you to ***** for her patience and complete kindness during this phase of difficulty. Please note the ******** and social medias are open, but we do no longer have a phone number. Email is posted on front page of website and emails are answered M-F.
