Nails showing and the shingles dont overlap enough so the adhesive shows in spots. The added deck roof has no overhang. I have to have another roofer redo. Also the gutters leak. The composite deck that he said he could do is a total mess. Not squared. Some framing boards still too far apart under the composite boards even after he was confronted and had changed some. The post arent fully covered with the composite going into the concrete. One rail has a spindle missing. Another rail has about an inch of shims where it doesnt meet on the concrete. He left the job unfinished and a total mess. I could go on and on with the awful work. All has to be redone but he still tried to charge me with 5 percent late fee every month. At one point he even threatened to place a lien on my home. I had to get an attorney. The battle goes on. I give one star because I had to
