I got a car and the head gasket blew within 2 days of having the car 3/5/24. I also can't get the car insured. Nowhere is taking new *** policies and the ones that I found want 50% down and $500 plus a month. The auto shop that warranty is has had it for 3 weeks and just starting to really get the motor apart. The warranty is a 50/50 at covering it. I'm about to lose my job over this. My finance company and Unique LA Motor are saying they can't help me. I can't get anyone to take it as a trade. Unique LA Motor sold me the *** for $10,000 and the loan company put another $10,000 on it!! Which I have been told it's a predatory loan.

She called us a few days after purchase. she complained about her heat was intermittent. She said she thought it was a smart key but it was A keyless entry. I called her and gave her a reputable shop name to repair the vehicle. The vehicle is as-is. She purchased a credit contract with credit acceptance. I usually advise to research how much it will cost to insure car. She had a poor credit score so this affected insurance. We cannot control how much her insurance will be.

The warranty that came with the car did not cover 100 percent of everything as I was told. They are currently trying to not cover the motor and this will be four months without the car that I am paying on. I'm to the point of losing my job, apartment, and I have a child that has to get back and forth to medical appointments that I can't make! The shop that was recommended by Unique motors was the only place that really took this warranty and they have had it for a month now. I called within 2 days with the heat messing up and the noise that it was making when I called. They didn't even know who I was when I called them two days later!

****************** purchased a vehicle on 3/5/2024.  The vehicle at the time of delivery had ******* miles.  She also purchased a service contract through her financing company that can be cancelled at any time by her and removed from the loan if she decided it was no longer needed or wanted.  When she called a few days after the sale to report her heat working only intermittently I referred her to a trusted shop and advised her to take the car right away. I am not a service shop and can not diagnose or fix.  The vehicle was driven ***** miles before arriving at the shop.  The vehicle had no known issues at the time of sale , passed MO Safety & Emission inspections and was test driven by the customer before purchase. While I am sympathetic to her dilemma I cannot offer any further assistance.

I purchased a 2009 Saturn Outlook 02/28/20223 around 2:15pm. We left the car lot and we drove home, we picked up the kids from school, went to KFC. Then the issue started I stopped at a stop light and it stated on the oil light, Oil pressure low stop engine. made it to the next light and the engine died, it took me two or three minutes to get the car started and then once I got it started I drove it home. This morning I drove it to the shop that I use to work at. I was informed that the timing was off, fuel sensor is broke, map sensor broke, and it says fuel rail pressure sensor high voltage, post catalysis fuel trim system high limit bank system 1, engine misfire detected, cylinder misfire detected, and cylinder 3 misfire detected. I went to drive it back to the car lot and there was a message that states engine power reduced, and it would the vehicle to exceed 20 mph. I left the vehicle sit at the shop I use to work at, and I drove my other car to the car lot and informed me them the cost of the repairs which was a total amount between $5000.00 and $8000.00. He suggest have someone else look at it and have it towed to his mechanic so they could look at it. I informed him that I could not afford to get the vehicle towed to his mechanic or cover the cost of the repairs. We do have a 3month 3,000.00 warranty and they will pay 50% percent of the cost. I would like a total refund of $8000.00.

The company traded us into another vehicle and we haven't had any issues yet.  The complaint is resolved.
