Ill start by saying if you have the pleasure to work with **** from All Phases Construction, you are probably in great hands. His communication and the work he did for me was great. However, I will never do any future business with **************** (listed as owner of All Phases Construction) or ************ (the actual person doing the majority of the work on my house). While my list of reasons why I will never recommend them is long, the main reasons are: Consistent no call/no shows Very poor quality of work (including but definitely not limited to a deck that was not built to current code and windows that took 3 attempts to install properly)Drug use in my driveway/yard almost daily (before and while work was being done to my house, and a used pipe was left in my house)Left my basement door completely open when they left for the day (2 separate occasions, and no one was home when they did it)Drove and parked in my neighbors yard with no prior discussion or approval Frequently used my tools/belongings like they were their own (even after numerous requests from me asking them to stop)Furthermore, my project was listed as 4-5 weeks on the bid provided to mebut actually took OVER 1 YEAR to complete. While there were some unforeseen delays from supply chain issues, additional work that was discovered, and the 5 separate times I was advised someone had COVID, there is no doubt this project was drastically delayed due to them rarely being on site for more than a few hours on the days they were at my house, the countless times I was told someone had personal/family issues (when I would ask about their no call/no shows), the large amount of work they had to redo because it was done improperly, and simply being unprepared to work by not having the right materials/tools/knowledge to do the job that they were responsible for. There was never any urgency to get the work done, but ****** definitely made sure to apply plenty of pressure when it was time for him
