my son and I went there to shop he wanted to get the deal it was like bye three shirts and get one free so he started to look for some and as I turn, I see three coworkers just standing around just staring at us, giggling, laughing saying he’s messing up all the shirts they’re looking right at me and I’m like this is so rude. Didn’t ask if I need help or ask him if he needs help there was a girl her name was Liliana or aLiliana. And McKenzie she walked over there and started fixing the shirts didn’t help him or anything was so rude poor customer service and so I’m looking for a shirt and I tell my son let’s go because they’re being rude here. It’s just go ahead and buy the items.alilianna starts to throw my stuff in the bag not folding yet like a representative should she’s putting it in there sloppy, so I’m asking can you please fold the shirts and she takes them out and just starts being rough with them and I say you know what you guys have poor customer service and she’s like so and I’m like i’m gonna report this and she’s like go ahead and do as you want. I’m like you have a smart mouth and she says good you have one too and so she’s going back-and-forth with me and in front of other customers getting loud she starts cursing and there’s a lady next to her name McKenzie she’s cursing too. It’s on the camera you can see them going back-and-forth raising their hands and I might yeah they’re very immature and young. I can’t believe they’re in this store they have a job , never seen anything like this in my life will never shop at the store again, and my son is traumatized
