I had a camper breakdown in Flagler Beach, Fl. on March 10. Called ******* ******** ********** who called Interstate Truck Center. Interstate Truck Center contracted other parties to perform repair. The whole repair was a nightmare and when I got home had to be totally redone. I have tried to resolve with Interstate but get transferred to supervisors who never get back to me. I'm also filing a complaint with the Missouri AG consumer complaint office. Since repair had to completely be redone, I am requesting a refund from Interstate Truck Center. I can't even get a detailed invoice of the repair as I have repeatedly asked for one. (****** ********) see attached documents and pictures.Customer response

As of yesterday, Interstate Truck Center VP ******* ******** left me a voicemail they were refunding the total $3645.20. I had in addition to filing a complaint with you, filed a complaint with the Missouri AG consumer complaint office. I believe without filing with you and the AG this issue would not have been resolved. I am satisfied with the settlement but would not recommend them as they never bothered to follow up with my complaint and never returned my calls. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.
