I received a piece of mail from Beltone at *** ***** *** ******** ******** ** ***** with phone number of ************ addressed to my dad with the misspelling of his first name (as appeared on envelope: ******** **********). I contacted Beltone and told them that I wanted them to cease all communication to my address for their service as my father, ******** **********' aka to beltone as '********' was MURDERED at ****** ****** ***** ******** in **** ******* and would NOT BE NEEDING their services. I told them NO ONE at my address would be needing their services period and to remove my address from their system, and to cease all contact. In fact i used their phone number as my phone contact. I do not want you to share my name with them as i do not want any beltone services junk mail sent to my last name either. This is a sick reminder that my dad was murdered by a hospital, I DO NOT NEED THAT reminder!! I do NOT NEED Their services, and apparently MY DAD DOES NOT NEED THEIR services. I also DO NOT want them making use of my email address either. If i have to seek an attorney to get the to stop harassing me i will!! The ********** Residency does not want Beltones trash delivered to my mailing address. I also do not want their trash delivered to my address. This time I expect them to understand and cease all contact, that means they are not free to look me up and get my phone number or use my email address. I want nothing from them.
