Placed an order for Black Friday on November 18/2022, payment went through on my credit card. Then was waiting for about 2months for the order to arrive., never come so I tryed calling, emailing business, was very hard to get a hold of anyone, and no one would return my phone calls or answer my emails. I finally got someone on the phone. Was told that my order was red flagged because the address on credit card was different from shipping address and the needed to confirm ID. I sent a photo of ID through email, waited 2 more weeks. No response from company. And still no order delivered. Tryed calling again, someone answered told me they will call me back in 5min. No phone call back, tryed calling again no answer or call back. Had to call my credit card company to see if I can get reimbursed for this order. They have a claim and looking into the matter.Business response

regarding a recent transaction made through our online store. We regret that the customer had a negative experience and would like to address the issue raised in their complaint.
After investigating this matter, we can confirm that the customer's order was flagged as potentially fraudulent, and in accordance with our policy, the order was canceled, and a refund was initiated.
We urge the customer to check with their bank to ensure that the refund has not been processed. Sometimes refunds can take several business days to appear on a customer's account, depending on their bank's policies.
