I signed a contract May of 2021 for them to install a fence. They were at first very good about calling and answering my messages. Now they no longer return any calls or messages. I want my money back. I have no fence or no money. These people are scammers.Initial Complaint

Paid $7,000 deposit in July of 2021 to have a fence built, the company promised to start the job in August and expected it would take about four days. After that they didn’t contact me again and I had to call them over and over until they finally showed up in late October to start the job. They have repeatedly promised to complete the job “by next week”. It is now March of 2022 and the job is less than half done, and is an eyesore that the neighbors are complaining about. The workmanship is mediocre, their conduct is beyond unprofessional and possibly criminal as I have heard from other customers and from their employees that they have a pattern of taking deposits for jobs and never actually doing the work.Business response

"We have no other excuse other then lack of employees since 2020/ lack of quality craftsmanship without the owner of business being present" - so much work, so little employees and weather plays a major role of how the schedule fluctuates. We are more then willing to come out and complete the fence. Customer signed a contract and made a deposit for a different type of fence that is currently installed. There was a change order in materials after the contract was signed resulting in a bit more of intricate detail coming down off his hill so that the fence would flow nicely. Also, extra footage was added on the left side of the house vs what we discussed at our second meeting with the customer. The only eyesore at the current setting is the incompletion. The fence is very nice and looks beautiful with Joe's new house. Like was said above the only that sets us apart from completing this install is employment and craftsmanship and again we would be more then willing to complete this fence.Initial Complaint

Company was responsive for visiting home and completing bid. Contract and $5,262.78 was signed and paid on 07/20/2021. Company’s updates were few and vague. Then after a period of over 8 weeks with no response. I informed them I would be filing a complaint. They said they were behind and would be up next week. They have not begun the project and are again not returning emails and inquiries.
