Contacted this company to get a carport built at my residence. He came out looked it over was able to give me an estimate pretty quick. The estimate was $8100 with a deposit of half. Got the deposit of $4050 paid the deposit on 9-12-2023. He said he was going to order the trusses once they came in he would get the job started. On sept 8th contacted him to see what the update on getting started was he stated he got the trusses ordered it would be two weeks. Have a start date of oct 2nd Oct 2nd did not show up tried contacting him no answer. He got back with us said he would be here oct 11th to set post. On Oct **************************************** wrong. Have three options we could send back and wait for new ones, stick frame instead of trusses, return trusses and refund money. I talked with him too see if the wrong trusses would work instead he came by to see and said no the trusses would not work decided to go ahead and take refund option said he would return the trusses then get my deposit money back. Said we should have the money no longer than 5 days. Have contacted him daily about the refund. On Oct 20th he responded said he had a family matter in ***** not to bother him during his family issue he should be back on the 27th I contacted him on the 28th today with no response.Business response

All the corners on my metal on my house do not match The top of the fascia doesn't match and instead of fixing one project they went all around my house and exposing my garage on top and he told me it needed to be jacked up and boards put underneath and it would cost 2000 more. All the metal needs to come off and he didn't show up until 3 days after he said he would be here. Then when he did show up he stayed a few hours and left and I haven't heard from him since. He has also tore some of my shingles on the outside of my house and they left a board on top of my shingles with nails sticking up and they left boards in my yard with nails sticking up right in the area in the back and my grandchildren are put at risk. My deck was suppose to be power washed and stained but now it is dirty because of the debris caused from them. I still have holes underneath my house in the back as well. I also have wires hanging from my roof and down the side of my house. They are not completing one project at a time and are instead hopping around making constant messes in all areas of my house.
