              I used one of this company's ATMs, in ******** **, and before my cash was dispensed, the machine suddenly said OUT OF ORDER. I walked away from the machine because my cash was not dispensed and it said OUT OF ORDER. I later found out through my bank statement that the cash was taken out. I filed a dispute with my bank and the company provided a read out that said that my money had been dispensed. It probably was after I walked away, which I wouldn't have if it hadn't said OUT OF ORDER. I called the company for an explanation on why their machine said OUT OF ORDER, and the "customer care" person, couldn't be bothered to contact the dispute ****** talked over me, and then hung up on me. Totally lacking in integrity and accountability. I would never use one of their machines again, and I write this because I don't want to see anyone else have to experience the same thing. I am leaving one star because there is no option to leave none. They deserve none.
