On 7/10/24 I took my work tablet in to be repaired. ******, the owner ordered a glass piece from **** and it was delivered about a week later. On 7/19/24 ****** stated that he could not repair the laptop. I went into the shop to have him credit my credit card but he said that he would have to wait until he got reimbursed on the glass. This did not make sense to me, as I was charged for the glass and the repair at the initial visit on 7/10/24. He incorrectly put in the full amount, not just the glass repair. He assured me that I would be credited within the week on my credit card. On 8/13/24 I saw that I had not received the credit and contacted him. He said he would get me the credit yesterday 8/13/24 and as of 8/14/24 I still do not have credit nor is he answering phone calls or texts. He told me yesterday that he had not sent the glass back until last Thursday but I told him that was not my concern.Customer response

************ called and stated he had issue a refund check back to the customer and this matter was resolved. . I spoke with ******** and she has received the money order $123.88 and is very happy with the outcome.Business response

I recently went into *he Re-Cell it shop to buy a phone for the sole purpose of keeping the same phone number and service just an upgraded IPhone Pro **** *he owner assured me he could do what I was asking asking of him with my phone. He then asked & expected me to pay CASH because for some strange reason he couldnt use a debit card machine which I Promptly gave the exact same day. He then gave me a written Receipt which I have a screenshot of. He was unable to accomplish the task over several *********** me he couldnt although he pressured me and assured me he could. Mr. * (Owner) did not succeed in the business agreement so I asked for my money back and I did not want to still buy the phone as well. I did not at any point take this phone with me either considering he was working on just my old IPhone. He did scratch this new phone on front while it was not even in my possession yet; by putting my Iphone which has a case on it on top of ****** watch him do this and asked him to be careful he disregarded my request. With the business transaction not being completed as requested and the new Iphone being scratch by himself I asked for my money back and he stated he would give it back until the phone was shipped back and he got money back from the place he got it. He has yet to ship it back and I did requested my money back telling him sir I would like my money back firmly but calming but he got aggressive yelling and telling me Ill get my money when he gets it back from an **** seller. He even called me and yelled at me to Come get yo phone! (the iPhone he scratched before I even had it my possession & still didnt want it after its been damaged). He was demanding I take this phone because I was asking for my money back after waiting days for my money back. He claims he cant give me cash back because he has to have a receipt & the seller pay him even tho he demanded cash when I started this business transaction And HE used a written receipt. I have previously advised the customer, that once the return is processed and the funds are placed back into my account, she will receive a full refund.Customer response
